dearpiriye: Awww.. that's of a beautiful Spirit and wise personality. I commend that.) it's alright friend!) actually that's true. she was sentimental and generalized in her opinion because she was insensate of the fact. when we know better, we give better counsels. we need to really apply that – to not just give nominal opinions that are conceited, as the established, approved model but measure our hypothesis and conceits against what truly is, outside our environs and draw our conclusions of the result we're faced with. 1 Like |

Dearpiriye, Good evening ma. please, I didn't want to say this but the nudge kept coming to do so. I've been going through the earlier posts I noticed your replies to Jemmie was too steep. I mean too stern. Thought like OK, the day's stresses took its tolls on you and her Innocent comments only did a little more to get under your skin. But No! it continued for the length of time the subject lasted. Everyone have points where presupposed limits cuts up with strength and a 'breaking' happens. That not understated, it is beautiful to not be overtaken by the impression we get. please, the mood of your comments were not the best that you could emote on a good day. we are family. if anyone amongst us doesn't get it right, it's rich in character, personality and love to say No and help open the person's eyes and corrections being done in love; and matters that get one on the edge must be treated with patience and forbearance, these are the beauties of Life. And this ministry craves for more of these. I once learnt that "anyone who must attend to patients must first let patience attend to him"... So, please, I believe you can do more and even greater than these. Good Grace to us all!! God bless you ma. 3 Likes |

SHOCKING STORY OF A GIRL
NAMED
AMINA
On that fateful day, Amina was on
her way to school when a motor
cycle
knocked her down!
She was rushed to a nearby hospital
immediately.
That night in her dream, an old
woman
in white garment appeared to her
and
warned her sternly that:
"As soon as you are discharged
from
the hospital,
you must wash the blood stains
from
that cloth you wore that day you
were
involved in an accident otherwise
something terrible may happen to
YOU!"
Amina thought it was just an
ordinary dream not until she saw
the
same old woman in her dream
again&again&again.... telling her to
wash the blood stains from the
cloth.
This time,
Amina was frightened and told her
mother the dream.
Her mother simply told her to do
exactly as she was told.
The moment Amina got home from
the hospital, that very day she was
discharged,
She soaked the cloth and started
washing.
She washed and washed but there
was
still small stain of blood on the
cloth
because the blood stains had dried
already.
.
...
..
.
She got tired and rinsed the cloth
like
that.
It was a white gown.
That night in her dream, the same
old
woman appeared to her again and
told
her to wash the cloth very well that
there was still blood stains on it
which
may cause something terrible to
happen to her.
When Amina woke up, she checked
the time, it was 4:00am...everyw
here
was still dark. She was consumed
with
fear!
.
.
...
..
....,and because she was afraid of
the
old woman's caution,
she got up, took the cloth and
started
washing.
She scrubbed it so hard that it felt
like
it was going to tear.
Amina was scrubbing the cloth so
hard that tears almost started
dropping
from her eyes when all of a
sudden,
someone tapped her from behind.
She turned and behold, the old
woman
in her dream had appeared to her in
real life....
Out of fear, Amina got up to run
but
fell down.
The old woman drew closer to
Amina
and said softly,
...
..
.
"Henceforth! Use ARIEL detergent
to do
your washings."
Lols.
Sorry..

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy]! I used N4,000 to buy fuel for my car and my remaining N1,000 to get food in a resturant before I face Lagos traffic. As I ordered food and sat down to eat, a man sitting beside me and in a nice shirt said, “I luv the way u eat, try their snail, I will pay“. I hastily added 4 pieces of snail for N2,000 and continued eating . He said again,” You eat so well, please add a bottle of wine so that you can drink after eating“. I hastily made the order and was having fun. My total bill came up to about N10,000. .. I thanked him for accepting to pay. As I stood to leave, my car key fell down, and I bent to pick it, I discovered that the man was bare- footed!!! Alas, he was a mad man. He laughed at me and said,” The way them go beat you for here ehh, na only God fit save you.! “. 4 Likes 1 Share |

SweetieConstie: Wow!!.. Thanks alot! Very helpful, Was praying they should do that oo cos this one is extreme. A friend of mine just left me, was given 161.. It's not like he didn't know what he did or that he was dull.. A guy he knew was sitting right next to him and the guy didn't know what to answer.. He doesn't do that but the guy begged him seriously. And He helped the guy thick what was on his system cos their questions were same.. Guess what the guy got? ..... ...... 242!! And him who helped was given 161! The guy was shocked to learn that was my friend's score. He really can't explain the rift between the scores!! How was that possible? DBS error!! |
Education / Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by GideonOmach(m): 12:05pm On Mar 09, 2016 |
Hello everyone. I still am surprised at what was given to me as result! While the whole scenario is funny to me, it's serious as well.. Became a victim of what I sympathised with victims of it for.. But only God knows.. I thank God that though the results are misjudged, cos of DBS error with Jamb, the knowledge gained already cannot and has become a part of me! Guess the saying : ''The race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong ..... But time and chance happens to them all'' has played out for everyone of us who were victims.. I'm ashamed to call that a score, because it doesn't belong to me... Not after everything in the hall!! What am I to do with 175? Funny score.. Frustrated but not discouraged! Still thank God it's not death.. I'm still looking for Jamb e-mail shaa, if anyone comes across it, let him holla at me!! Laughs. . Thank you all! 2 Likes |

HighIQ: Laughs.. It happens at times shaa but there's a clear-cut difference between mercy and errors which pose biases. I'm not proud please, Expressing my grief for a fault that has left some people who didn't work for it or deserve it heavy with frustration and pain and made others who crossed fingers with either laziness or in lethargy excellent. That you didn't prepare for it and you were excelled at the expense of those who burned candles with prayers and works trying get something achieved in the end is what you call mercy? Is that mercy to you? That's error! Their systems or databases have error with the scorings.. Who doesn't know mercy or favour? Everybody should be marked accordingly first! It's helpful to. Then we can speak of mercy! An instance, half of your class(of which you were among) spent most of their time studying a course and praying they just pass it and the other half spent time going to party, clubbing and doing all sort of beautiful nonsenses and then in the end, all you serious ones got CO's respectively and those who *tried* among you were just graded pass,(logically your marks must have been exchanged or bought in this case) while the unserious ones got A's and B's, you call that mercy? We've better redefined our perspective of things before they start turning to something else for us. I'm stating my observation of the exam so far, and all it means/appeals to you is mercy when that's barely the case? We know that there is mercy, and there's also destiny where you may not have been destined by God at an instance of time! Yes! But mercy that turns an order into something else in very vast numbers and reverses the most majority of things at the expense of others, or certifies others impotent and incompetent like this is not desirable to be given that name 'Cos it holds more than just linear explanations for commonies and it doesn't happen in vast numbers like this one reversing placements in almost same numbers! And then such destinies are with almost all the serious ones at a time. No! I know there's an order governing things found in the universe in which things are done or meant to follow to reach an aim - that's the universal order! And then in few occasions where God steps in to upset or disrupt this order and unusual things or unparalleled things happen in this order is called mercy! This case is totally different! Please, this is error with jamb not mercy ooo.. Abeg! I'm begging you seriously please.. Laughs.. Thank you Sire! 3 Likes |

Millex: Laughs.. You never know.. They never touch you where e dey pain. When they do, if not for God even your deep rooted perspective of life go blush or will almost.. Such is life shaa! But the kingdom race doesn't end for the born-made princes! Their blood and sweat is still royal! Deprived now is not a deprived forever! This is Nigeria but them no try on this one... Bad gan! God help us! |
Education / Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by GideonOmach(m): 7:18pm On Mar 06, 2016 |
But very seriously, my mind: Jamb no try abeg! They give bonus marks to lazy students who rested while they should have worked and laid their fate on an unprecedented ''miracle'' to happen somehow while the restless hard-working/worked students were rewarded with either hand-to-mouth scores or narrowly-escaped scores. Negatively unmerited marks for short! That's too bad. They'll increase the youth mortality rate in Nigeria with these arts or frustrate students to becoming something else negative. This is extremely unhealthy. You paid for an exam and your performance won't even be judged well. It's devastating joor!! How is Nigeria supposed to happen *developed* one day with these unfair or unguarded carelessness and mid-day wickedness like this? God help Nigeria. We are giants even in negativities, and we rate in large percents.. Too bad! Just feeling the pain for my fellow applicants! 3 Likes |
