@ OP, permit me to repost what I posted on another thread, Because friends can team up and do this business. Hi @OP, Since your thinking China it is my pleasure to you introduce to you and worldwide NL family aluminium coil importation business. Aluminium roofing sheets comes in coils which are corrugated into different gutter shapes and measurement. There is a type of this aluminium coils which when corrugated is called Cameroon Zinc (not an official name). It is called so because it contains aluminium and iron and therefore it is cheaper. Your 10mil can import 20ft container load of this and clear the duties. The marketing may not be easy but with us your guaranteed sure market for your goods. We have a factory at Onitsha where we corrugate and have shops at international Building Materials Market Ogidi. This is the biggest market of its kind in South East, South South and North Central. Currently the factory is not meeting demand for our numerous customers. Before I continue let me introduce us: Myself the marketer My good friend - The factory MD My big bros who runs the show at the market TIME From placing your order to being ready for shipment to shipping, landing, clearing, trucking, factory, corrugating and sales will take 3 months or less. Your profit margin is 25% or more, I repeat not less than 25%. Tried and Tested. Corrugating and sales are fast. There is no physical involvement on your side once the shipment is cleared and trucked to factory. As the coils are corrugated you get your alert. This business opportunity is open to anybody who has the funds or who can team up with pals to bring in the goods. Big bros is also open to partnering with anybody to import but it is subject to cash flow on his side which is very tight now. Now the big question is Why not we import and make all the profit Ourselves? Our estimated volume of cash to import as much coils as needed to keep our customers is N500 million. Our cash flow cannot support that for now. So what we do now is to buy imported coil. This is the scenario: buy already imported coil today, corrugate tomorrow and make sales immediately knowing that the competition to keep customers in the market is fierce, viz-a-viz 3 months it will take to land a container load. Commission 10% profit for the MD and myself (if profit margin is higher that 25%, then higher commission. Little discount for the company on price.( It is sold in kg). I hope I have convinced and not confused you with the above points of mine (lol). Later I will create a thread as regards this business for more awareness, I think. Thanks @ Enyinne for making me bring up this. Bless @ seun for this platform. God bless NL family I am open to answer all questions HERE. |

You can see the gate on this plot with dwarf fence. The spot where you see the tire is the borehole and then you can see the standing iron rods on the foundation for three storey hostel building.
|
The overhead tank you see at far end of the picture is located inside the polytechnic, the tall mast you see is that of Radio Nigeria (Purity FM Mgbakwu)

On 1st of Jan 2017, Governor Obiano upgraded former College of Agriculture Mgbakwu to a polytechnic, now known as Anambra State Polytechnic Mgbakwu. This has made plots of lands located around the schools premises hotcakes. Investors are buying up land to build hostel accommodation for students. We have 3 plots of land for sale at this location Price = N2million each. We also have 1 plot of land with: Borehole Gate and dwarf fence Foundation structure for three storey hostel building up to DPC Price = N3million For inquiries call 070 3838 2584 Thanks |
Usages (livestock farmers take note) Using this with koudjis concentrate + palm kernel cake + brewer's spent grain (brewery waste) and a little of others, will make for a good and very cheap feed. A bag of Poultry feed now is N4200. Let somebody out there think out of d box and make money in animal husbandry. Cc pavore9 Members of the genus Azolla are utilized throughout the world for a wide variety of purposes besides its widespread uses as an ornamental in fish ponds and tanks (Lumpkin and Plucknett, 1980; 1982). A. filiculoides is used as a green manure in rice paddies, mainly in Asia, as an inhibitor of weed growth in rice cultivation in China and Vietnam (Kröck and Alkämper, 1991), and as an alternative high protein fodder for cattle, swine, poultry and fish, and possibly as an alternative food source for humans, again, mainly in Asia. It has also been used as a nitrate-rich compost which potentially increases soil organic nitrogen levels and cation exchange capacity. It is used for purification of water, removal of heavy metals (Sanyahumbi et al., 1998) and removal of nitrogen and phoshorous from wastewater (Forni et al., 2001). It has also been used variously as an ingredient in soap production, a cure for sore throats and as a control for mosquitoes in southern India as complete mats disrupt larval development (Rajendran and Reuben, 1991). |
mundus:Bros, You are about to burn ur money. Please don't in this buhari's economy. Poultry biz is tough. First thing is that u should produce ur own feed and at cheaper rate than commercial feed. Then u should do a small pilot project before u go big. U can chat me up on WhatsApp 070. 3838. 2584 |
