Controversial TV/radio presenter Afia Schwarzenegger and Counselor Lutterodt after the birth of actress Yvonne Nelson’s first child called the daughter a bastard but most Ghanaians who were not happy with the description rained insults on them.

Despite the abusive remarks the two received following their comments about Yvonne’s daughter, the movie producer cum actress’ colleague, A.J Poundz real name Matilda Adjoa Densu has recapitulated the two’s comments about the young girl known as Ryn Roberts.

In a conversation with Zionfelix.net, A.J Poundz without fear or favour said Yvonne’s daughter is a bastard.

According to her, any human being born of a man and woman who are not married is part of the bastard association so the public should not exempt Ryn born on October 29, 2017, from the list.

She then asked Ghanaians not to be afraid of saying the truth about Yvonne’s case due to her celebrity status.

To the ‘Efiewura’ actress, Counselor Lutterodt’s comments weeks back that Ryn Roberts is a bastard was the truth so Ghanaians should not have chastised him for his words. She, however, continued that the truth remains one but her only problem is how the controversial marriage counsellor communicated the information to the public.

A.J Poundz aside Efiawura TV series has featured in several movies like Makeup Girl, Bongo Clinic, The Battle, Once Upon The 80s and has also shot several TV commercials.

Any hope of survival may have faded for popular hiplife artiste, Castro and girlfriend Janet Bandu after reports of the two drowning in the Volta Lake, but Prophet Cosmos Walker who is the head of Cosmos Affran Ministries has revealed that Castro ‘Under Fire’ is still alive in another African country.

Prophet Cosmos Walker in an interview with Kofi Adoma on Kofi TV has revealed that Castro did not drown and neither did he die that day, but Janet Bandu on the other got drowned but fearing prosecution, Castro fled the country.

The prophet went on to reveal that “Castro is in one of the West African countries and he will return one day when he believes the issue is dead and how soon will depend on the ‘Toffee’ hitmaker, he is currently afraid to return to Ghana”.

The prophet honestly believes Castro isn’t dead and will come back one day. He attests that although he was not at the scene of the unfortunate incidence, the truth was revealed to him by God.

The Facebook prophet was the same prophet who advised Stonebwoy to return every asset he has in his possession that belongs to Zylofon Media in other to save his own life during the feud he had with his management. The prophet happens to be the same man of God who prophesied that self-acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale is next to die after Ebony that resulted in a lot of controversies.

It has been about four years since the mysterious disappearance of hip-life artiste, Theophilus Tagoe, aka Castro, and his lady friend, Janet Bandu, at Ada in the Greater Accra Region whiles he was holidaying with the Gyan brothers and some other friends.

The two never returned but about an hour later, it was reported that the jet-ski on which they rode was vacant on the lake.

Reports say Castro drowned while trying to save Janet Bandu and most people have already concluded that both Castro and Janet are dead.

ABUJA—FOR his refusal to appear before the Senate at plenary yesterday, the third time in two weeks, to speak on the spate of killings across the country and the inhuman treatment meted on Senator Dino Melaye ( APC, Kogi West), the Senate, yesterday passed a vote of no confidence in the Inspector- General of Police, Mr Ibrahim Idris, saying he was not fit to hold any office, both home and abroad.

But the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, yesterday also told the Senate that he had no apology for his failure to answer the summon from the legislature for the three consecutive times.

According to the Senate, his persistent refusal to appear before the lawmakers at plenary having been invited several time, was a great danger to the nation’s democracy.



This was disclosed by Senate President Bukola Saraki at the end of a closed door session that started 12.25p.m., and ended 1.15p.m., to brainstorm on the next line of action following the action of the Police boss.

At the closed door session, the Senate resolved to declare the Police boss persona -non grata by writing the international community, embassies, Nigeria’s international partners and the Interpol that he was not fit for his present position.

Separately,  the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has chided the IGP for shunning the invitation by the Senate  over rising cases of insecurity in the country.

The party described Idris’ conduct as shameful and disrespectful, noting that the hallowed chamber deserves the respect of all Nigerians regardless of their class and status.

In a statement, yesterday,  its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, said it was unfortunate that  the police boss’ behaviour has not been reprimanded by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The party  said, “It is instructive to state that never in our democratic history as a people and a nation, has a service chief or an Inspector General of Police treated the National Assembly with as much dishonour and disdain like the current IGP.”

Saraki after the closed door session,  said, “Colleagues, the Senate in a closed session deliberated on the non-appearance of the IGP to the Senate in plenary after several invitations. The Senate noted that this amounted to a great disrespect to the institution and constituted authority. The Senate also notes that his earlier refusal to appear before its investigative committee was overruled by a court of competent jurisdiction just in April of this year.

“The Senate therefore, views his persistent refusal as a great danger to our democracy.

“Therefore, the Senate resolved to declare the IGP as an enemy of our democracy and not fit to hold any public office within and outside Nigeria. The leadership of the Senate is also mandated to look into the matter for further necessary action.”

Senators prior to the closed door session, had condemned in very strong terms, the blatant refusal of the IGP  to honour the invitation of the Senate, as they all described it as danger for the nation’s democracy.

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe (PDP, Abia South) in his contribution, said that with the action of the IGP, democracy is dying in bits.

Abaribe said, “Democracy dies and it dies in two ways. It either dies abruptly or in bits and what is happening today in Nigeria is that democracy is dying in bits. It dies when people abuse governmental powers and all that we have seen today with the conduct of the Chief Law Officer of the Federation is nothing but an abuse of power.”

Also contributing, deputy Senate Minority leader, Emmanuel Bwacha (PDP, Taraba South), described the action of Idris as very sad for Nigeria. His words: “This is quite a sad moment for Nigeria, not for the parliament, but for our democracy.

“It is sad, it is inexcusable, unacceptable and condemnable and it calls for immediate action. This Senate needs to take very serious action on the way forward. We cannot stand this embarrassment any longer. I will suggest we have a closed session. I’m moving to have a closed session or executive session to take very serious consideration on this matter  because this is a national disgrace.”

The Chief Executive Officer of Made Men Music, Ubi Franklin has given his responses after one of his artistes, Tekno, was accused of stealing a song from veteran music duo, Mad Melon and Mountain Black popularly known as Danfo Drivers. Tekno had been earlier accused by the Danfo Drivers of stealing their song ‘Jogodo’ without their consent or even reaching out to them. The artistes however threatened to beat him anytime they sight him. In an interview with Wazobia TV in Lagos, they said they have come to Lagos to hunt for Tekno and collect the money/royalties he owes them for sampling their song without permission.

Facebook head of Messenger is quitting his role to look into how Facebook Inc can leverage Blockchain tech.

The Facebook founder had earlier announced looking into how cryptocurrency can be used in its services. Facebook Inc.: Yesterday 8th May, David Marcus, who is currently heading Facebook Messenger, stated yesterday in a post on Facebook that he is “…setting up a small group to explore how to best leverage Blockchain across Facebook, starting from scratch.” David Marcus, who is also a board member of Coinbase crypto exchange, is dropping his role as head of Messenger and is becoming the head of a new group focused on the blockchain technology – the technology that backs bitcoin.

According to Recode on Tuesday, the news came as Facebook Inc carried out its biggest executive shakeup in 15 years. Marcus became a board member of Coinbase, the leading US cryptocurrency exchange in last December. Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Facebook Inc, announced in January that Facebook would begin to look into digital currencies and “how to best use them in our services.”

Blockchain technology quickly creates a permanent, secure record of transactions between two parties and eliminates the need for a third-party intermediary, and Bitcoin is the first application of the Blockchain technology.

Ibadan – A Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan, Oyo State on Wednesday dissolved the eight year-old marriage between one Olabisi and Adegoke Yinusa over distrust and adultery.

Wedding rings worn during marriage The President of the court, Chief Ademola Odunade held that for any union to survive, the partners involved must do away with unholy acts.

He granted custody of the seven year-old child produced by the union to the child’s maternal grandmother and ordered the defendant, Adegoke to pay N4,000 monthly as allowance for his feeding.

Odunade directed Adegoke to pay adequate attention to the child’s education and other welfare anytime the need arises.

Earlier, the plaintiff, Olabisi told the court that her husband had always threatened her life through battery and the monitoring of her affairs.

“My lord, not only have I suffered psychological and emotional pains in the hands of Adegoke, I have also suffered physical torture.

“Whether I make any mistakes or not, he turns me into a punching bag, leaving me with various degrees of injuries.

“Besides, Adegoke monitors my movement about town and had also tarnished my image by labeling me with bad names.

“I will request this honourable court to give me custody of the one and only child I had with him because I don’t want Adegoke’s first wife to kill him,’’ she said.

The respondent, Adegoke, a structural engineer, accepted the divorce suit, but refuted the allegation of battery leveled against him.

“We got married in 2010 and I have since then discovered the adulterous lifestyle of Olabisi.

”My lord, I have numerous evidence to show that Olabisi’s adulterous lifestyle is the bane of her problem.

“I rented her a shop somewhere not too far from our home, but I noticed that Olabisi started fornicating in the shop.

“She also started visiting a native doctor, who gives her charms to consume and investigations later revealed that that she was romantically involved with him.

“Olabisi is a wife no man should pray to marry, her grandmother can tell more about her,” he said. (NAN)

Nigerian Afrobeat star Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun ‘Wizkid’ has finally responded to Shatta Wale’s infamous diss last year.

The self-acclaimed King of African Dancehall, in November 2017, claimed in an interview that he doesn’t recognise the “Ojuelegba” hitmaker as a superstar.

“We are living a life where upcoming youths are watching people get surprised by my achievement because they don’t have a mind to elevate themselves.

“I don’t see Wizkid be too much for me but most of my Ghanaians and Ghanaian colleagues see him like that. But I want Wizkid to see me and be like wow not otherwise because what is talking is your pocket, property, investment.

“I don’t see anything extraordinary about him, even though he claims to the be best African artiste.

“Don’t come and wear a chain which is fake and come and say we the biggest artiste in Africa, we are number 1”

he stated.

His statement caused outrage on social media, with many Nigerians jabbing him for weeks. Since then, many fans have been waiting for a response from Wizkid.

Nigerian dancing Senator and Davido’s Uncle, Ademola Adeleke, who recently announced his interest in contesting for the governorship position of Osun State, in an interview with Punch disclosed that dancing doesn’t affect his thinking.

Senator Ademola Adeleke, who represents Osun West in the National Assembly, also noted that he is a deep thinker. According to him, he also trained his nephew, David Adeleke, a.k.a Davido to become a music star.
Asked why he dances in almost every occasion, Adeleke said, “Don’t you also dance in church and when you have joyous occasions? “Well, I dance because I am happy and grateful to God. I am not a pretentious person but the dancing aspect is just a minor aspect of me. I am a deep thinker and solution- finder.
“For example, in one of my recent visits to one of the local governments in my senatorial district, I came in contact with a group of retirees who said they had always wanted to meet with me because I always exude joy and confidence.
“These were senior citizens who needed encouragement in their difficult situation occasioned by the failure of the APC government in Osun State.
“Of course, I spent quality time with them and shared some of the resources God has given to me to make them even happier. That to me is the essence of life
On training Davido he added, “Yes, I did train him a few skills which by the Grace of God are helping him today in his career. Our family is very proud of him.” Before this recent interview, Senator Ademola Adeleke had disclosed that he always loved to dance since he was a young man. Growing up and adding weight has not been able to stop him.

Says Nigeria may break up if killings continue By Sam Eyoboka & Olayinka Latona THE General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye on Friday warned the current Nigerian government to urgently end the unending orgy sectarian killings in different parts of the country, stressing that Nigeria as it is presently constituted may cease to exist if the murderous attacks continue.

Adeboye, who made the declaration at the May 2018 Holy Ghost service with a theme: “Stronger Than Your Enemies 5” with a sub title, ‘Habitation of the Almighty’, also warned that “unless the killings stopped there may not be elections in 2019 in Nigeria.”
The cleric made the admonition while leading the large crowd of worshippers at the Redemption Camp and in several viewing centers across the globe, in a prayer for the survival of Nigeria, re-echoed the fact that a nation may survive a civil war but no nation can survive a religious war and remain the same.
Narrating how he felt in far away Germany when yet to be identified herdsmen stormed St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Ukpor-Mbalom Parish, Gwer East Local Government Area of Benue State, killing two Catholic priests and 17 parishioners, he told the large crowd that he was unusually quiet and his wife of over 50 years was curious.
“I said there is no father who would lose 19 children in a day that will not be quiet. She said what do you mean, because she hadn’t heard the news that in a church, somebody went in and shot 19 people.
“It doesn’t matter the denomination…by the special grace of God, all Christians in Nigeria call me daddy. So when any of them dies, it’s my son or daughter that is dead,” Adeboye said.
It will be recalled that on April 24, 19 persons, including Reverend Fathers Joseph Gor and Felix Tyolaha, who were conducting the morning Mass were gunned down in cold blood, while many sustained injuries, including bullet wounds.
He therefore called on the Buhari led government to urgently end the killings before it dovetails into a religious war.
Continuing, Pastor Adeboye said: “I am going to ask you to join me in prayer, because unless these killings stop, and stop immediately, even Nigeria may not live. I am not talking about individuals now, I am talking about Nigeria itself…a bishop asked me not too long ago, ‘Daddy, has God told you who win the next election?’
“I said, Sir, I am not even sure yet there will be an election. Because unless these killings stop there may be no elections next year. ‘Are you prophesying , Daddy?’ No, no! I am not prophesying. I am just reasoning. Because nobody will want to go out to vote if they are not sure they will be able to return home safely,” he explained.
According to him, he has seen war at close quarters and knows that there is nothing good about war, “it’s a terrible thing. A nation may survive a civil war, but no nation can survive a religious war a remain the same. That Nigeria may live these killings must stop.
“So all of you who love Nigeria, I want to rise on your feet, and cry to God with all your heart, and say: Father, let the killings stop,” and the response was spontaneous…..”that Nigeria may live, please God let the killings stop.”
