ANPR devices will automatically book you for any offense and you will be given a fine ticket to pay, the highest is 20k and you can make the payment by yourself to bank. Secondly, Some states are not on the autoreg platform such as Abuja(they exited the platform recently) , so if you make renewal in Abuja or other states that are not on autoreg, it will not reflect in Lagos.
