After I gave birth, hot water was my best friend o.... I fill the bath tub and can stay inside for 1hr! "ol

My dear, I hands up 4 pain ooo. I can bite at a blink of an eye wen faced wt pain. I'm sure I will bite one or two during labour (shy off).

You will feel pains wen u want to poo and pass urine, infact na d urine own strong pass due to d stretching of d vjay wen giving birth, but dat will pass after some time. And you will also experience back pain. Don't think too much of them o, cos its for a short time.

Ok, my waist, under arm, back still aches, don't knw y sha, the hot water massage therapy is taking care of that. Then d stomach ish is the cramp I feel as a result of d womb contrasting o, so d nurse said sha, then oda pple said while baby is sucking, the womb contrasts n causes d pains. Trust plenty old mama talks sha, take Uda with gin, stout, even campari sef o, say na bad blood cause d pain. But am on antibiotics and pain relief, pray it goes sharperly.

Body pains most times is as a result of vigilante

Also, if you had any tear, expect some pain esp when u want to poop

The good news is that sitz bath and pain meds should sort you out.

dermoplast spray was given to me in the hospital and it saved me a lot. Also, putting epsom salt in my bath tub filled with hot water helped relax my muscles and relieved body pains

Hmm my mind is nt set 4 dat. Can I get dat in d pharmacy?

I can't remember posting anything abt diaper. Bt I sha bought in small quantity 4 just 2 knw which will b good enough 4 baby b4 I will start buying in bulk. So try to buy in bit first 2 b sure of d product dat serves well in terms of holding urine/poo n eradicates diaper rash. The idea or concept of buying in bulk can b applied leta.

All nursing mothers r enjoying rest +help+finacial abundance 2 takia of dier bundles of joy. Sicknesses will neva knw their addresses IJN.

Our DHs r growing in d fear n knwlg of God lyk neva b4. All things respond 2 dem IJN. Der will neva struggle 2 takia of us n peace will fill dier hrts towards us dat will course dem 2 take d right decision at all tym as d head of d family.

Our steps r divinely ordered to b at d right place at d right tym getting d ryt results n eating ryt foods.

We spill d blood of Jesus ova every homes n we call forth oneness today. Our hrts r open 2 get divine instructions frm d Holy Spirit on hw 2 takia of ourselves, babies, husbands, in laws, and neighbours.

Na so oh... This 3rd trimester is just wicked...
I no dey fit stand pass 5mins again, else, I'll have terrible waist pain... Because of this, I no dey fit cook again.
Can't sleep well at night, belly feels heavy, pelvic pain driving me crazy, my already blurred vision is getting blurrier, my wrists are literally on fire, and worst of all, I'm still throwing up...
I just try to encourage myself everyday, cos I know all this is for a good cause...
I'm counting down seriously...

Ova to d topic: u can manage dsame way u hav bn managing b4 u got to knw of dis or do even more. Dnt go to ur mum if dh needs u around because it's one tin to b broke n anoda to b lonely. Hubby is drawing his strength frm u n will always do wen he knows u r aware n accepted it dis way.
U can go get food frm mum or ask relatives to assist u financially. Bt food or money frm pple neva satisfies. Dis is just a test of tym.
I dnt knw hw ur location is bt dis might help if u can do it. Go into selling cooked n roasted maize around ur house since its trending nw.
U just hav to do somtin my dear. Dnt 4get to pray 2 God 4 quick restoration.

It depends on the type of anaesthesia that was used for the woman. This spinal anaesthesia administered these days allows the woman to be conscious but it will only numb a part of her body so she doesn't feel any pain during the CS. It effects wanes very soon. If it's the other general anaesthesia that sends the woman to complete sleep, it takes longer hours for the effects to wane.

Reason is because down here d injection causes dem 2 slip n b unconscious 4 a whole day or 2 n I dnt lyk 2 see dem lukin dat helpless n nt being able 2 meet deir babies immediately.
