Streetinvestor2: Look at it this way 1 Mr A comes here to say his buy decisions is based on TA which I don't believe in and no wahala 2 Mr B comes to say his buy decisions is based on FA and no wahala because I believe in it. 3 Mr C which I belong ,comes and say his buy decisions is based on what he sees on the street and no wahala 4.Mr D says his decisions to buy is based on gambling which could be odd from a madman on the street and no wahala 5.Mr E says his decisions to buy came after taking enough alcohol and no wahala 6.Mr F says I can't buy anything breweries because of religion and no wahala 7.Mr G says his decisions came after coming down from different women and no wahala. 8.Mr F only buys after being spoon fed here and no wahala And the decisions to buy continues based on different reasons
So why should you have wahala for another Mrs/miss who says her own is based on her Christian faith or revelations. Then went ahead to acknowledge God first and the forum members second. I am not a religious person because I don't believe in that.I am a Christian by faith My Oga, e tire me o. Because I don't understand how someone would be pressed that she said what worked for her. She didn't put a gVn to your head to agree with her but why attack her like that? Odiegwu... God will keep showing us the way... Amen |

emmasoft: The NASD platform is just like the NGX with quoted companies.
However, the market is not very active as the NGX. Like oga Emma pointed out, just few companies are traded regularly. Most of the shareholders in NASD companies buy to hold. They are mostly owners. You hardly see traders there. Many of the deals you see in NASD are cross deals. Also not all stockbroking firms have the license to operate on NASD.
To participant in NASD market, you will need to open a NASD cscs account. Note that all trades are through your stockbroker. No online trading platform for investors. It operates like the early days of the NSE where you have to send buy/sell orders to your broker by email to execute on your behalf.
If you are interested in opening a NASD account, you can come over to investment one stockbrokers. Get in touch to get account opening form. Good morning sir. Thank you for being so generous with this info. Please how can I monitor the market to be able to make decisions? Can you point me to any thread on NL or any material you can recommend? |

yMcy56: Some of the stocks are reversing yesterday's shedding....... Fighting the bear seriously....... Bids increasing in some as at now......
Maybe it's too early to conclude, let's see how it goes.....
Agba won't like this news 🤭
* Cadbury responding to the debt conversion to equity news....... * UNILEVER: Bids outweigh offers.......could it be due to Cadbury positive news or some other positive news yet to be made public? I picked small transcorp at 11.80 |

emmanuelewumi: You are a strong woman.
My average price is less than N20.
I sold half between N62 and N63 and invested in Fixed Income at an average yield of 17%.
I hope to borrow against the Fixed Income Investment to buy more of Dangote Sugar next week or first week of December 2023 The temptation strong o especially when I saw 70% gain but N100 is the goal |

emmanuelewumi: Who gave you the loan? What was the interest rate per annum?
Since you paid back within 30 days, the interest paid should be the equivalent of roughly 2% per month 23%( approximately 1.92% per month). CardinalStone |

emmanuelewumi: Borrow against your shares at 20% to 22% per annum.
You can't have shares and be complaining about lack of money to harness investment and business opportunities I did this when I wanted to buy Sugar when it had just started rallying . Used funds margin to load tashere sugar @ 42+, then paid down the loan the next month when the inflow I was expecting came in so that them go stop to charge me margin interest. Just waiting for 1quarter make I reap the fruit of my labour. You may not know it but you gave me the audacity to make that decision. So I want to say thank you sir. |

mikeapollo: You forget that Oando was selling for N3 - N4 not too long ago and people have been accumulating in millions of units. For example, imagine someone has about 5million -10million units and the price rises to between N50 - N100 per share or more! What if the price even gets to N150-N200 per share? Sometimes, people make billions on the NGX from modest investments. I know when International Breweries was selling for 60kobo per share and the price later rose to N45 within few years! Talking about INTBRW when that one too go shake body? |
