Chief Malcolm Omirhobo, a well-known human rights advocate and lawyer in Nigeria, declared on his official Twitter account that if the wrong person is inaugurated as president of Nigeria while the legitimacy dispute is still being litigated, the courts will be unable to operate impartially.

According to the precise words of Malcolm Omoirhobo: “If the wrong person is sworn in as the president of Nigeria and the case of his legitimacy is still pending in court,the judicial can never act without fear or favour.

Odogwu in reaction to this update responded that he wasn't ready to leave and would eat into J. Cole and Drake's time.
