Elderly Nollywood actor and rapper, Harry B performs collaboration song with Slim Brown at an event in Asaba, Delta state. Gistmore reports

This is the first performing together after the released of the hit song titled, Zamo Zamo.

The 59-year-old Nollywood star is more than an actor. With music being part of him for years now, Harry B Anyawu did a cover of the song “Zamo” by budding Nigerian singer, Slim Brown, and his verse went over the roof.

The cover has landed him to do a remix of the song with the original singer and here’s the official video to it.

The police in Lagos have arrested four suspected armed robbers alleged to have terrorised residents of Igando.

The suspects were arrested at Egan following a manhunt for them by detectives led by Igando Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Taiwo Kasumu.

It was gathered that one of the suspects identified as Oseni Waheed, 32, was first apprehended on Saturday and a locally made gun recovered from him.

The suspects were said to have attacked their victims on Saturday night along Ikotun-Igando road when police received tip off from some residents.

They were said to have operated on a motorcycle and upon sighting the police, they fled but Oseni was caught.

It was gathered that his confession led to the raid of the suspects’ hideout at Aribisala Street in Egan where the other three were picked up around 2:30am Sunday.

A source who hinted on the arrest said the suspects were being interrogated and would be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID) Panti.

Popular Nigeria actress, Tonto Dikeh has declared herself publicly as the saviour of 40 secs men via Instagram and claims she is still giving out the solution.

Early this year we can recall that the actress had claimed that her estranged husband, Olakunle Churchill is a 40 seconds man during an exclusive interview.

According to the Nollywood actress, the father of her son is suffering from premature ejaculation and only lasts for “40 seconds.”

Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage recently met with top American music business mogul Puff Daddy, and the young lady could not hide her excitement.

The top singer, who is now signed to Universal Music Group (UMG), was in Atlanta for the AT &T Revolt Summit and the music legend was one among several other industry stakeholders that attended the event.

In a video shared on the Instastory channel of Diddy, Tiwa could be seen gushing heavily as she was being filmed.

Diddy who seemed really excited at meeting the Nigerian superstar could also be heard telling Tiwa to introduce herself to the world via his Instagram channel.

Tiwa Savage in the video is seen giving adulation to Diddy who was taking a video and pictures of her with his personal phone.

The Kano state command has recovered more than one thousand cows and arrested three suspected cattle rustlers in Falgore forest.

The state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, said the suspects had specialized in armed robbery and kidnapping and had been part of the syndicate terrorizing communities and travellers along Falgore forest. .

He identified the suspects as Sa’idu Abdullahi, 23, Suleman Abdullahi and Lawan Mohammed aged 30 and 25 respectively. .

He said assorted fire arms, including two AK-47 assault rifles and three pump actions with over 110 rounds of live ammunition and cartridges were recovered from the suspects. .

Efforts are in progress to arrest the fleeing members of the gang with a view to recover remaining cattle and arms in their possession.

After suffering years of domestic abuse, a 48 year-old Ukrainian woman has strangled her husband, beheaded him and hacked off his penis, throwing it to her dog to eat for dinner.
The woman, identified only by the name Maria, lives in the village of Obariv in the north of the country.

The woman told police ‘she was suffering domestic violence for ages and murdered her husband to put an end to it’ and that ‘it was the only way out’.

According to a report by Mail Online, the woman attacked her spouse Oleksandr, 49, in their bedroom after he came home from night shift work and fell asleep.

She strangled him to death with her bare hands before grabbing an axe and hacking the man’s head off, police said.

After that Maria used a kitchen knife to chop off the victims genitals and fed the organ to her dogs, local media report.

She then tried to cut the body into pieces but failed, investigators said.

Covered with her husband’s blood, Maria rushed out of her family’s house to the street where she was spotted by Nadezhda Opanasiuk, a woman living next door.

Mrs Opanasiuk said to local media: ‘Her hands, feet and clothes were in blood.

‘She said, ”I am in trouble. I’ve killed my husband.”

‘I did not believe her. I thought they had a quarrel and she might have hit him. I went to see if he needed medical help.

‘When I walked into the room, I saw his mutilated body. The bedsheets were soaked with blood.”

Police confirm arrest of 80 people in Johannesburg and Pretoria riot.

South African police arrested more than 80 people and confirmed five deaths as riots in Johannesburg and the capital Pretoria intensified on Tuesday, spreading to surrounding townships with roving groups attacking mainly foreign-owned shops.

The streets of Alexandra township, at walking distance from the skyscrapers of Johannesburg’s financial centre Sandton, were littered on Tuesday with broken bricks and glass from buildings torched in overnight fires and debris from police battles with local groups.

One of the foreigners, an Ethiopian shop owner, Abushe Dastaa, pointed to bare shelves and an empty fridge and told Reuters TV his entire shop had been emptied and vandalized overnight.

“Even now we are scared to come to this side,” he said.

“His store sells items like bread, milk and phone cards in the working-class neighborhood, which is regularly rattled by unrest and protests over poor living conditions and jobs.

The latest wave of unrest in South Africa has raised fears of a recurrence of violence aimed at foreigners in 2015 in which at least seven people were killed.

Before that, some 60 people were killed in a wave of unrest around the country in 2008.

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari said on Tuesday he was urgently sending a special envoy to meet with President Cyril Ramaphosa to secure the “safety of Nigerian citizens’ lives and property”.

Police have yet to pinpoint what triggered the violence, which began on Sunday when protesters armed with makeshift weapons roamed the streets of Pretoria’s business district pelting shops with rocks and petrol bombs and running off with goods.

High unemployment and widespread poverty have been cited as possible triggers for the recent disturbances and attacks on immigrants, but some officials say the riots may be the work of criminal syndicates.

“We can’t rule out pure criminality of criminals using a sensitive situation where there are real grievances on issues of unemployment and foreign nationals,” police minister Bheki Cele said.

Cele confirmed five people had been killed in the three days of rioting, but did not give further details on the circumstances, or on arrests.

He ruled out sending in the army, as the government did in Cape Town in July to quell a spate of gang-related killings.

The premier of Gauteng province, David Makhura, said during an inspection of the damage in Alexandra that there was a “xenophobic sentiment” underlying the attacks.

He said 86 people around the province, which includes the city of Johannesburg, had been arrested, seven of them in Alexandra.

Ramaphosa condemned the violence, saying in a video posted on Twitter that “attacking businesses run by foreign nationals is totally unacceptable”.

Immigration to South Africa from across the continent and from parts of southeast Asia picked up in the early 1990s, spurred by the end of apartheid rule and the economic boom that followed.

But in recent years immigration has become a sensitive issue, with anti-immigrant attacks, economic hardship and a government clampdown on immigrants and asylum seekers.

Film producer Mildred Okwo and actress, Ufuoma McDermott, have jointly called out particular family that signed a petition to close the case of a rapist who defiled their daughters.

Mildred posted the photo of the petition on her Instagram page and through her caption sent ‘Thunder’ to visit the family members that intentionally prevented justice over 370,000 bribe

She posted the photo above and wrote: “Shame to every signatory on this document. If your father or brother is on this document, tell them thunder is heading to them.”

Ufuoma McDermott through the comment section supported Mildred’s position on the issue.
