Which Bank has the best rate for the now

Good morning everyone,
I still haven’t received my refund till now. I contacted my bank (Access Bank), and they said they need the ARN as well as the exact date and time of the refund. I also reached out to AliExpress customer service, but they’ve been giving unclear responses saying the particular refund doesn’t have an ARN, among other things.

It’s been over 21 days now, and I’m starting to get worried. Should I go ahead and request a chargeback from my bank? Please, I’d really appreciate your advice on what to do.

It seems this payment was done with Access Bank Naira card, if we’re to be a dollar card you should have received your refund by now

These guys aren't ready for the 21st century at all.

The only time I go to the branch is to collect a new card, otherwise I do everything online or via the phone.

All of you talking about 21st century should use it to clear our items that is with Nigeria custom

My package that was stock at custom clearance since 2022 - 07 - 07 just got updated today But from tracking its shows that it has left custom two day back. One more to go

You only get to track 20 items free (Active + Archive). To unlock full features of more tracks, background notification and removal of adverts, you'll need to pay for the app.

"17 track" stopped working for me/my email sign up (I dont know why) and "Track24" app does not track speedaf items, so I switched to "parcels". The latter shows more details than the previous two.

Thanks Boss. You will make a good teacher, I love the way you screenshot the app icon to the description if not it would have been very difficult for me as there is different apps with the same name on App Store.

So guys, one of the five "stuck at customs clearing" items finally moved on as per tracking. It was neither the most delayed nor the least delayed at that spot as there is an item that is on its 13th day at that customs spot. But this one on the 7th moved on ahead of others with 5 days etc.

@Encitee3991, sorry the July 7th item is yet to move. It's the July 20 one that moved.

After 8 days, custom finally cleared my items today. But seriously this is the very first time I'm experiencing such delay especially since my items are being delivered by speedaf.

So guys please stay calm and even if you don't get your item, aliexpress will still refund you the money though it can be quite annoying.

Easier said than done bruh! What most people don’t know is that most of us paid for our items using virtual card ( mostly barter ) and you think we are ready to pass through all that stress contacting ALiExpress and contacting Barter now that barter has been terminated

Your third package was just among the lucky ones. I have one NG....R that's been showing custom clearance since 13th. It's not really a yardstick. I'm still going to call them tomorrow sha because it's kinda urgent for me. Who get their number biko.

I get you. I’m not saying they prioritize due to Tracking number, but I’m saying if your order says stuck on clearance processing for more than two working days, it’s still at speedaf shipping warehouse and either hasn’t been brought out to be cleared and scanned yet. It’s an issue from speedaf and not custom.

I’ll contact them tomorrow to know what’s really going on

this sounds much better and calm and I appreciate that a lot, thanks for it. Let me show you a little break down of the final test I did before reaching this conclusion.

These are three different packages I ordered. Two are NG..E and one is NG..R.

The first picture is an NG..E package that was shipped on the 7th of July and arrived nigeria on the 11th of july , it’s been Stuck on clearance since then till now.


The second picture is an NG..E package that was shipped on the 8th of July and arrived Nigeria on the 13th of July. It’s been stuck on clearance since then till now..

The third picture (our priority package and chairman) is an NG..R package. It was shipped on 8th of July same day as the second package, it arrived Nigeria 13th of July, same day as the second package. It left custom clearance on the 15th of July , and I’ll be picking up this package tomorrow.

False. I have two packages all NG..R. One arrived custom on 07-07 still stock at custom clearance in progress, while the other arrived 07-09 and was cleared 07- 15. You can see there is something wrong here

Late last month, we have members here with 13days or more, i have two items with 10days and one of my 13days jst cleared customs on friday landed 29th of june.

Na the new normal now be that it affects both E and R packages

Some folks have been lucky to clear in 2days.

By tomorrow people that are experiencing such delay should all call SPEEDAF customer care to make complains or else it will get worse

I received my order this day, hours ago after two weeks of long waiting. Anyway its worth the wait. unique, stylish and well packaged phone. No defects at all. The speedaf home delivery was fast and prompt. No extra charges incurred on my part aside the delivery fee(less than 20 dollars) i paid with the device.
