Mamas in the house am here again pls come to my aid I beg u in Jesus name :

pls below is my pelvic scan
result I did yesterday.

urinary bladder is well distended with clear urine.
it shows thickness and smoothness.

normal sized uterus with AP diameter of 4.56cm
and length of 9.03cm.

myometrial echoes are uniform except for an
anterior subserosal round mass measuring
4.19cm X 4.20cm.

endometrial thickness is 9.8mm.

both adnexa are free.

pouch of Douglas is empty.

impression: subserosal uterine myoma.

pls will the above result affect my fertility?
I did hsg too but the test was inconclusive I was
told to come and repeat the test again tomorrow
which will be cd12.
is repeat of the test immediately safe? am
scared to go thru d pain again.
yesterday was cd10
note am seeing brown spotting when I wipe can I still go for the hsg tomorrow pls don't ignore I av been googling since mid night I don't seem to get any straight forward answer fertility blessing to us all

Subserosal uterine fibroids develop on the outer surface of the uterus and continue to grow outwards, giving the uterus a knobby appearance. As these fibroid tumors are located on the outer surface of the uterus, when they grow in size, they start exerting pressure on the surrounding organs and in some extreme case they may even obtain their blood supply from these organs.

Sometimes, enlarged subserosal fibroids may compress the fallopian tubes. In these instances, infertility can occur due to the blockage of the fallopian tube, thereby preventing sperm and egg from meeting. Overly large sized serous mass can even distort the pelvic position of the fallopian tube resulting another diverse form of infertility. Regarding the size, it is only required for this mass to be removed if one has been trying to conceive and to ease symptoms.

You can recall your appointment if you so please,it is expected that you should find time to be comfortable with the screening exercise as to avoid some certain problems bedevilling the procedure.

Good afternoon fruitful mamas I went for hsg test and pelvic scan today I will post d result of d scan tomorrow. but they said the hsg test is inconclusive that I should come back again this week wedsday today is cd10, wedsday will be cd12 please as any one had an inconclusive hsg test before? and gotten a positive result or should I expect d worse? am so sacred of going thru d pain i went thru again

Here is my story
We have been trying to conceive for four years, and I had an heterectopic pregnancy in which I had a miscarriage n lost my left tube. Been from one hospital to another since then. I was diagnosed of PCOS via scan, but hormones said otherwise. All in all we kept trying. This time last year, we heard the worst news, sfa was very low. Dh was very sad n wasn't convinced since we got pregnant before. I kept my heads up as it was time for me to reciprocate his support for me through the years.
He went for other sfas, results were worse, we were prescribed manix, n he only used once. So we made up our mind to work very hard n save for an ivf promo. Since our chances of natural conception was low (how myopic).
WIDD
1) I took some prenatal they give to pregnant women at my place of work
2)More than ever, I had a positive outlook towards life, I helped pregnant women n small babies at my place of work
3) I took dry Moringa leaves with pap
4) I treated infection twice, in fact I still treated just before I got my bfp. Never knew I had probably taken in then, tho hot was negative (God help me)
5) I was about three days late, wen I had seriously painful tips, even wen I vowed not to test again (lol, woman of Lil faith). I tested n I got two faint lines. I thought I was in a trance. I had to call do to confirm. It was so surreal. I got it! A bfp! The best Bday gift. Alhamdulillah I am so grateful for this, I pray we all have healthy n happy children soonest. I pray this joy will be completed

Am afraid of hpt .. i don't want to get disappointed this time around, am on cd 32 and i usually see AF btw CD 26 and 28, someone should come and help me do the test before my heart flies out oo

I forgot to mention in my WIDD that I dewormed using Zentel immediately after my last menstrual period. I don't know if it contributed to the success story. Good luck to us all.

Congratulations once again ma, pls on the deworming tablet issue how do use it? I mean the dosage and for how many days thanks and do av I lovely weekend

Good evening so I was on TTC thread some time last year, stopped visiting after a while cos issues of life overtook my ttc journey. Got a bfp in May then had a Mc in July at 8 weeks so I am back here.
The only hope I have right now is the promise of God, it's a depressing situation.

Hmm..... It's a BFP.... It is the Lords doing & it is marvelous in our sight.
Been Ttcing for while now though for the second child(ren),I want twins... I had a history of Fibroids b4 I ever got married, did a myomectomy, got married, got pregnant later & had my First Baby... I was advised not to waste time b4 conceiving again.. but one, our finances went down side, we also believed that if God had healed me, then am healed completely. waited two years after to conceive again & ttcing started again... Fibroids, adhesion diagnosis, yeast infections, hubby's sperm motility dropped, etc

It's okay dear. I don't know how many you would need as body differs. I took for 6weeks before retesting though I'm still on it but now take half tab a week. So u can just get one bottle which contains 8 tablets. I bought in bits cos I couldn't afford get the whole 8 tabs at once.

You can get it at any big pharmacy in Kwara state. It might b a lil pricey. But shouldnt b more than 14k.

It's not all pharmacies that sell it. Bromocriptine did nothing for me and the side effects were unbearable. You can give dostinex a try. Where do u stay?

Goodevening mama, just a little info I think might be helpful to someone battling with high prolactin. Dostinex does wonder with the help of God off course. My prolactin level was 41 and just 6 weeks on dostinex, it went down to 10.5.My doctor asked me to reduce to half tablet a week now till bfp.

Good evening ma, please where did u buy the Dostinex though am on BROMOCRIPTINE presently it was prescribed to me for 30 days by a gynecologist at a teaching hospital, the side effects is horrible it's almost finished. My prolactin level was 79 but am curious about the Dostinex is it readily available to buy in any pharmacy? thanks

my sister it's well with u am also in long distance marriage but in my own case I work in Kwara, not in ilorin and my husband is a military man I was thinking of living my job 2 month ago but my husband was transferred to maduguri from his base in ogun state last month so leaving my job now is out of options for me. SIS ur chance of conceiving now is higher than when u were apart all u need to do now is to relax u mind as much as possible and go for necessary test at a government hospital. Av started going to teaching hospital in oke Oyi in ilorin for few months now their service is cheaper, good and they av gynecoloist but time consuming so u av be very patient with them. it will all end in praise

Tanx to all mum that cheer with me, on my WIDD, it all started before I got married.We started trying since Jan this yr up till when I married in April, after wedding I joined this thread and learnt that I should seek medical help, I found a good gynecology around my area, did all the necessary test.I was diagnosed with high prolactin and staph aures, Bromocriptine was prescribed to me for high pro and some antibiotics for, staph, I took this bromocriptine from late may till today that I got my BFP at 5wks.Meanwhile after June AF I increased my water intake to more than 6 litres per day, took evening primrose from cd1 to cd10, ovulation tracking on cd13 with follicle of 18mm, bd from cd13-cd20, took vil b6 and folic acid from cd15 till I missed AF. Tested 7 days later with BFP. Tnk God. I pray that each of every one of us will get there BFP from now till 2 months IJN.

congratulations ones again ma my diagnosis is similar to yours I was diagnosed with Candida's yeast of which am cleared of it now am presently treating high prolactin with BROMOCRIPTINE and the effects are terrible please can I take it with vitamin b6 to relieve me of the effects?

MAMAS!!!! I NEED A LASTING( EVERLASTING) SOLUTION OF CANDIDIASIS!

I was once in your situation before I suffered from candida yeast infection for almost Three years and I went through hell I want to a private hospital was treated for it but it kept coming back. used herbs I was relieved but still was not completely cured to cut the long story short I went to a government hospital and was given so antibiotics and i was free from candida for for a couple of months no symptoms of it at all I was still curious and couldn't believe it so I used one seed of guifeo removed it on day 3 and all hell broke lose I got this heavy irritating discharge with intense itching so I went to the pharmacy to buy the same antibiotics that was prescribed for me at the govt hospital and the symptoms disappeared still curious I went to hospital and did vaginal swab, urinal analysis and endocervical swab and there was no trace of any infection
these are the drugs that I used to conquer candidas
1. DIFLAZON (fluconazole) 50mg X3 once daily for 2 days
2. Flagyl 200mg X 2 3 times daily for 5 days
3. Vitamin C 200mg X 2 3 times daily for 5 days
4. Doxycycline 100mg X 1 morning and 1 at night for 5 days
5. KLOVINAL Vaginal Pessaries one to be inserted at night for 6 days the pessary to be refrigerated for like 30 minutes before you insert it .

note: I changed my diet during the cause of the treatment I reduce my carbs intake and i eat fruit for breakfast and i bought the same drugs for hubby except the pessary lol..

Today is my wedding anniversary. If you remember the story of my life I wrote and deleted you will know why my marriage is a testimony on its own. So back to the koko. This last year has been so challenging. Tests upon tests upon rude doctors upon family stress. So Tey I have forgotten how to have fun or good sex. To even plan today's outing was an herculean task. I almost wish to cancel our plans and just stay home with the TV. Anyway I will go ahead with it and hope I don't be too dry for hubby.

Happy Anniversary ma pls go out with ur hubby have fun and enjoy urselves while it last o u are not permitted to stay indoors today because am very sure by this time next year u will celebrate it with ur hubby and ur triplets then u can now do indoor celebration with ur full family

I don't know the price exactly cos when I got it was from the hospital and several other drugs were added together but it was 30tablets inside. Please return if it wasn't properly sealed and less than 30 tablets.
