Thank you for taking out time to answer our questions.
My husband filled (form i-130) for me September 2018, and uptil now no news except for the form 1-797C Notice of Action that we received in less than one month after submission...
Meanwhile we applied for CRBA for our son in January 2019 and was asked to do a DNA which we did and his passport was approved and issued in April..

1. Now my husband and I are worried as to why we haven't heard from them cos it's been 320days since they received the application.

2.we're also worried about the fact that they just keep changing the processing time for the application on the USCIS website.

3. Is there any other visa type we (I) can apply for since my baby and husband are citizens and living apart isn't easy at all for us I must tell you.

4. Does it normally take this long to process such petition?

They didn't date for long, they got engaged, he proposed, she accepted even though she wasn't really in love, at the long run she got to love him, but was scared if he's for real and could do anything to be with her, at first, she threatened to call off the engagement and return the ring..this raised a very thick dust among them, after which it settle a bit, not long after that, she raised another dust, by telling him she don't want him again for no reason,.. now she really love this guy but, has raised so many doubts in his mind,to the point that he said, "let's call off this engagement and see what will happen next" please what does he mean by that? ? Could this be a polite way of saying, I'm done with you??. Please help someone is about to experience another heartbreak that kept her out of love since 2011 till now,, ..

It's not just about being faithful to the one you love, it also has a lot to do with being faithful to yourself.. now let me ask you? What happens when you fall out of your relationship or break up with the so called person you claim to love?? . Will you just jump to the next guy?? OR start sleeping around till you find another guy you 'love' OR will you just take your time to learn from the past experience in other not to make the same mistake again?? Com'on my dear you can stay for as many months and yrs as you want without sex, only if you believe in yourself.. when you believe in yourself, there's this spirit you carry that scares any guy around you from making sexual advances at you.. I really wish you can understand where I'm coming from..
