Forgive my ignorance ooo, I understand the Niger delta states get more slots in oil and gas recruitment over other states, but this your 60% 40% sharing i don't understand.

I know Niger delta states are about 10 or so. Are you saying if federal government is recruiting 10 people for example, those 10 Niger delta states will provide 60 candidates while the rest 27 states provide 40 candidates?

It makes actual sense that the cut of mark is 80% because 2,000 candidate is small compared to the amount of people who sat for the test. Also after the interview, the number would reduce drastically from 2,000 to God knows what.

I like how it tries to be very realistic. I thought the ending might be a little happy ending with rainbow and some sunshine, but no, I was surprised. Nice twist. That's how I like it, realism to the core. Love how the end was open ended. You're left to fill in the gap. Anyway you please.

You're correct, most time it's best to just go to the option that portrays positivity. SJT in aptitude test is usually not graded. Just to know your kind of personality. It's deployed most times for time wasting. So move straight to the options and pick anyone which portrays positive personality.

This may not be entirely true for this test because some answers in the SJT were clearly wrong

83 percent 1st stage. 62 percent second stage. I was able to only answer 4 questions in the Situational judgement test .
For those that would come across such exam for SJTs with so little a time, just read the options alone. That's what I did and was able to answer 4 in just 2 minutes.

This your advise is quite funny considering that you don't even know if you picked the right answer
