You have not included bags of cement or sharp sand& gravel. It will not go anywhere
I did, in my place sharp sand is 15k per trip
Bag of cement is 4500, each bag of cement would give me 40 blocks, the guys molding it are taking 1200 per bag of cement, so total cost for building 40 blocks = 20,700. For 5k blocks that's 1m... I know this for a fact because I'm already molding with 10 bags of cement

Pls I need your advice. I am loosing it and I need your advice.

I have 7m cash at hand .should I relocate or build a house with it?
I have a land in ikorodu and ijoko axis with foundation done .

As per relocating,I dont want to go through study route.i dont think I can couple with work and schooling.

Pls advice me
Building a house is the best option.
Yes 7m can build a house
I've started my project and I don't even have upto that money but I'm building... Below is my estimation
I'm molding blocks myself (like I'm not buying already molded blocks)
My target is 5000-7000 blocks which would cost around 2m
This should be enough for the kinda house I want to build(4 self-contain)
2m would go for roofing
2m would go for wiring the house and plumbing
1m should cover the wages for the workmen...
After this, I'll give the house out for renting... Need I say I already have a land in a fast developing location

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Are Nigerian Graduates Employable? by GOB25: 12:16am On Feb 12, 2022
As a content creator, I've had the opportunity to work for both Nigerian and foreign companies..
Nigerians are the worst set of people to work for.
They under pay and expect you to perform magic
They are not certain about what they want you to do.
Their job description is totally different from what you would eventually do...
As an undergraduate, I am working really hard to make sure I dont work for a Nigerian company for more than 5years and it's for the experience
They don't appreciate your efforts...
Ive done at least 10 promotional videos for foreign companies, only once have I been asked to edit the video and often they pay 10 times of what Nigerian companies who want to kill you with their demands pay...

Crime / How Do I Report UBA For This Daylight Stealing? by GOB25: 11:01pm On Aug 02, 2021
I transferred 44500 into my UBA account, I previously had 58 naira in the account as I don't use it much, but to my surprise, my balance was 4666.
On calling the bank, they told me I made a payment which I wasn't debited for, I simply asked the lady how someone can make a payment when there was no money in the account, and I got o answer.
Please how do I report this bank?
