If you spend all your 20s/30s swallowing akpu, drinking crates of hero, taking drugs and not exercising- grace of God cannot help you. This thing is not rocket science, the man was very fit and agile as a young man. You don’t expect him to pack up like Buhari.

Yup, his years of being physically active is paying off. Well-loved Fashion icons ― André Leon Talley and Thierry Mugler (rest in peace to both of them) ― just passed away days ago, both at 73-years old. A.L.T had some health issues, while T.M's c.o.d is yet to be released. The bottom line is that the last thing septuagenarians should be worried about is looking old, because at their age it's inevitable. So long as they're in good health, that's the main thingy.

I actually love seeing elderly people with lots of white hair and other beautiful signs of aging like wrinkles because those things are accompanied by tons of life experiences. Makes me want to sit them down and listen to their life's stories and lessons.
