If another NBA election is conducted, Olu will still win. None of these SAN cares about the young lawyers. This is a tech age. We the young lawyers rule it in legal industry. Some old lawyers cant be able to download an app from playstore not to talk of knowing how to log into NBA portal 9 Likes |

tensazangetsu20: If you are talking based on statistics, let us know how many people here that are making it on upwork and fiverr based on your "logic of higher the number, higher the chances". That it works for you doesn't mean it's working for hundred other people that are doing same thing you are doing. I know a lot of expert data analysts and scientists that are hustling for jobs after trying fervently on upwork. |

starboychan: The other tout above that mentioned me thought he knew enough. With 4m naira, you can handle all these things and even get funds to prove to UKVI you have enough but I'm not revealing more. The information is expensive. By January, I will be in UK running my postgraduate |

Please I wanted to ask the best answer to give UKVI to a question concerning how the applicant will fund his second year tuition for a master degree. Since they require only evidence of first year tuition and maintenance money for 9 months, what's the appropriate answer to give to the above question when no evidence of second year tuition funding was required and the applicant is funding it by himself justwise |

Youonlyliveonce: Information is power. What you don't know is above you If you stay in UK for a period of 4 years (2 years as a student and another two years post work visa) as a Nigerian guy and doesn't make a minimum total of 40 million naira in that 4 years, know you are very lazy. At the end of the 4 years, you will have UK degree and savings not less than 5m naira if you are prudent with resources. Also learn how to be tactful in your response, you are not a tout 6 Likes 2 Shares |

I discovered that with 4m naira, one can travel to UK and start postgraduate study and even payoff the entire tuition within 8 months working 40 hours a week. The 2 year post study work is another time to make enough working day and night to migrate to any better country. Vietnam is good cuz its low budget. If you can afford UK, go for it and save enuf before your visa expires. I am now afraid of migrating to Vietnam cuz I can't ride that bike. I'm yet to learn how to drive a car. not to talk of bike on expressway 2 Likes |

@OP its good you bring your problem here. People will help you. For those saying he should learn this and that on udemy and apply for gigs on upwork and fiverr, it's very clear you guys dont know getting freelance work online is harder than getting job in Nigeria. There's no job out there even if you are an expert data scientist. Its only through networking people get fixed into company these days. 3 Likes |

Rotimi89: In the proposal, there is still room for schools to test English proficiency of students outside the Secured English Language Test (IELT) on the condition the process of such assessment is stated in CAS. The fact that our bachelor degree courses in Nigeria are taught in English Language is enough to satisfy the requirement. All that schools need to do is state it in the CAS. I don't think IELTs is mandatory in the proposal. What is mandatory is that they state the manner they assess English language proficiency of students. If taking IELTs or other official English test exam is mandatory, then the requirement that schools explain in CAS how they assess English proficiency other than using SELT won't be stated It is still a proposal sha |

AustinT575: NIN registration at immigration office in Ikoyi is the most stressful of the entire process. When you go for capture on your interview date, they will book an appointment for NIN registration for you in their long notebook and allot date and number to you which may take a week or 2 weeks to get to your turn except an immigration officer is doing VIP service for you. They charge between 45-50k for the VIP service or you do it yourself and follow every process to the core. NIMC attends to only 40 persons for enrollment everyday and you will return days later around 11pm to queue for printing NIN slip. The officers at the gate hate it so much that you paid online and doing it yourself, and yet needed their assistance in any way. They will add to your frustration. Only officers in servicom office can advise and guide you on how to follow the process without any intention to add to your stress 2 Likes |

zevous: Nimc office nationwide is shut except the ones at immigration offices which allows only people who applied for epassport. If you want to do change of date of birth with nimc, it has to pass three different offices including DG office at Abuja before the change is effected. That's why it takes maximum of three months to be completed. Those offices are currently under lock for official purpose. You can use nimc at immigration offices to register or modify any data in your NIN since they can handle swift service that doesn't need any approval from above |

Aprokodaughter: Thank you for this response. I will start my application then. If the Nimc office doesn't open by September, I will simply forfeit all the payments I ve already made payment on epassport and go for ordinary passport that doesn't require NIN. I don't know why the system in this country is backward 1 Like |

please for someone who wants to start a postgraduate degree in UK by January, is first week of November too late to start applying. I wanted to renew epassport and they said date of birth in NIN is different from the one in my passport. It takes Maximum of 3 months for the change to be effected, and the offices that will implement the change of date of birth are currently shut down cuz of covid. So I wanted to know if November is late to start applying for January intake. |
Travel / Re: Cost Of A Nigeria International Passport by Goddys(m): 4:31am On Jul 28, 2020 |
AustinT575: Yes but that will be ordinary passport, not epassport , and you can do that in festac office. If I had realized that my NIN Date of birth was different from the one in my passport, I would have gone for ordinary passport that doesn't require NIN. Know that they don't encourage DIY at festac office else you may wait for so long before you get it. I can give you a contact of an immigration officer there. He bills 30k to get it done within 3 days. I will just forfeit the earlier payment I made for epassport and go for this one if NIN head office doesn't open officially next month. I can never spend total of 45k just to change date of birth unofficially this period 1 Like 1 Share |

GBSS: I was there yesterday and they said they only print slip and doesn't do modification of age for now cuz of covid except unofficially which attracts extra 30k+15k for official payment. If not that I have already made payment for epassport, I would just go to immigration office at festac and do ordinary standard passport that doesn't require NIN. If they don't open next month, I may just go for standard passport that doesn't require NIN |

please who knows whether nimc office headquarters at Ikeja is open. I was at NIS Ikoyi and confirmed that my DOB in my passport and nimc database is different. I will have to pay 15k and apply for a change of DOB which may take 3 months to be effected. I need to start the process now before something urgent that will require international passport comes up. Servicom officers at NIS said I have one year from date of payment to come back for capture 1 Like |
