Airing refinery in Ondo state is a good idea because my state is an oil producing state. There is closeness to the source of raw material (crude oil).
Ondo state is super rich, we have the second largest untapped bitumen deposit in the world.

So, if government decides to scrap 1000 and 500 notes, they will spend much more money to print the equivalents of those notes in lower denomination and this won't even translate into deflation. Rather, it will mean more cost of production of naira, inconveniencies etc.
