Bro u forgot to quote final n interim dividend. What abt those u advised to buy oando in the past? Always stick to what works for you.

Because u ran away doesn't mean people are not making profit. This is not my first Monika here, Myjoy, u had to change to Godisfaithful for a reason. Focus on ur focus n it will become a Focus.

That’s good sir that you’re making profits. Sir both interim and final dividend received was factored in. After receiving my dividends which I still received till today, this still hasn’t balance yet. Do you know $300,000 investment in stock market in 2018, how much it worths now in Naira? Do you know $300,000 invested in S & P 500 in 2018, how much it worths now? Do you know buying N100M in $$$$ in 2018, how much it worths now? Anyway, make we keep quiet as usual. God bless all our hustle

Let me greenlighting small:

Presently:
Black market: Inflow
$1 to Naira = N505-510

Outflow:
$1 to Naira = N522-525

In Jonathan era:
$1 to Naira = N172-190

Zenith Bank share price in 2017 still dancing in the same range price in 2021, same as other stocks. Inflations rate skyrocketing everyday with no end in sight.

More $$$$ will buy more units of zenith bank shares come December 2021 compare to now because another round of devaluation is looming.

Adjust and plan wisely in this second half of the year. Goodluck to all NSEMPA family!

Always felt (and actually said) you were @myjoy, cause you texted (sounded) like him.
He left the market about that same time too after he thought he could pray and hope his way to making a profit, then changed his name to @Godisfaithful
And @Godisfaithful is not into politics but quite political

Sir, that highlighted got be laughing here bigly. Let’s just stick to virtual interaction here. You think I trade stocks and ventured into entrepreneur world because I’m ‘hoping’

Anyway, make we just keep quiet sha. Goodluck with your NSE market. Wake me up, when we have a govt that encourage investment

In 2013 exchange rate was N160 per USD.
N10m Naira was equivalent of $62500.

Today exchange rate at N500 makes $62500 equivalent to N31250000.

In 2013 someone that invested N10m Naira in USD at N160 today the investment is worth N31250000.

That's over 150% profit.

1 USD ($) would be exchanged to N550 Naira before end of the year if care is not taken with the way things are going. To make a better returns and beat inflations, one’s investment in NSE has to generate between 30-40% yr/yr out. Anyway, it is a movie everyone is watching. Present rate is N510 to 1$

I use to think that the reason people run into Btc is because it can't decline like stocks.
If Btc fall from $65,000 all time high to even $20,000,What is the difference between it and our NSE?
@Nse you are sure of dividend even if price falls.

It's better, I trade this my local stocks than answering a wallet billionaire that can vanish over night

You cant tell that to those who bought at $3, 450 per bitcoin and Etherium @ $600. Anyway, as one oga stated, focus on what works best for you grin grin grin

Some will tell you they don't spend US dollar in Nigeriia. It's all getting CASHFLOW blablabla....whereas their NAIRA PURCHASING POWER is now nothing to write home about

It is a very saddened situations at the moment. Naira is rapidly losing its value and inflation is skyrocketing like never before. My heart just goes out to people whose salaries were stagnant and the less privileged citizens. They are the most victims of this situations...May God help

$1 today is N510 in black market. By the time original or fake Buhari leaves office, my projection is N650-N700 for 1 $$$$. This is not about wishing the country bad but that’s the reality on ground. Prepare yourself for what’s ahead...

Foreign investors can’t invest in an environment where there’s flip flopping economic policy and double standard exchange rate. Goodluck to all

RabbiDoracle:

You are right as regards the devaluation in some cases.

However some cases still beat the devaluation and inflation combined.

N1M is $2,700 if exchange rate was N360 to $1.

If N1m was used to buy Zenith in March 2020 at N10.90 and sold at N22, this will be 100% gain.

So effectively, that N1m will become N2m now. Isn't it?

N2m is $4,444 if exchange rate is N450 to $1.

As you can see, there is an increase in the initial capital even after devaluation.

Like you have pointed out, it is true that some cases can fall below initial fund if devaluation is factored in.

And that is why we advise knowing your entry price.

GBAM. Just play both sides grin
