Say I want to set up a small factory and need $500k to buy machines or raw materials... Where do you think I would go? ... U think I won't pay 10% above price to get my money in 1 week?

So you need $500k cash to buy the machine??

80% of married women are boring because African society doesn't encourage sexual freedom in women, many men marry virgins or inexperienced women and expect them to be pornstars, besides you don't need to do acrobatics on bed or bang for hundred hours to reach climax, try pre-intimacy for a long time, kiss, touch, caress, build up gradually to orgasm before diving into each other. That Wil help both you and her reach climax, but a lot of men just want to hit it for thirty seconds, then leave their wives hanging.

For every of there Bleep up there always an excuse.

They are the always victim in every situation.

I wont argue with you cos it ain't worth it.

Just know the reason why marriage is a joke today is because you women will always blame everyone apart from yourself and never own your shits

When a husband lose interest in sex.....no one advise the wife to satisfy the man.

The man is accused of cheating or getting it somewhere else. (The bleeping double standard)

80% of married women are boring in bed yet they expect the man to do everything.

Tell her to come on top to ride after 3min is already tired and complaining but she will expect you to bang her non stop for 30min.

Anyways isnt there fault but that of foolish men we have today.

The governor should forst expand the roads before bringing buses that will be difficult to drive on those narrow roads.

At it stands now the way nigeria roads are designed these buses can't function well. It will create further traffic problems.

How do you expect these buses to comfortably ply a place like suleja without creating traffic gridlock undecided

No commendation??

Only condemnation and criticism

Kukutente23:

The Paris Club refund is money belonging to the states deemed deducted illegally by OBJ's govt.
And when did Tinubu paid Paris Club refunds? I believe that was Buhari.
What you're comparing is totally irrelevant and it shows you're dishonest if you believe Tinubu will consult with states on how to reduce his own allocation.
Was it not same fg that claimed to give states 5bn each to share as palliatives and till today no state got the full money never mind that more than half of the money was actually loans.

This will be last response.

Throughout all my responses to you I kept on using the word presidency and I have used buhari administration as my point of reference the most.

For me governance is a continuous thing that why even tinibu is being blamed for buhari errors.

Am not here to win any arguement with you....ciao
Politics / Re: Memoranda Submission For State Police By Govs A Waste Of Time – Makinde by Godoverevery: 1:07pm On Mar 25
Kukutente23:

Of course he won't!
If there was a law for money sharing formula, will Tinubu tell govs to send in their reports? Answer truthfully

Ofcos the president will definitely.....didn't presidency consult them when they wanted to share the Paris club refund
Politics / Re: Memoranda Submission For State Police By Govs A Waste Of Time – Makinde by Godoverevery: 11:47am On Mar 25
Kukutente23:

Do you also realise that states were consulted on minimum wage and they gave divergent views?
That was the crux of their disagreement with Buhari cause he had to do away with their disjointed recommendations.
The way forward is consult with them and move forward. If you are waiting for all the states to be satisfied, it will never happen.
If the states reject it, everyone knows it's the states so they can't complain going forward.
There is a process for amendments which needs to be followed and not all this assignment given to govs to write reports. That's meaningless

Kindly truthfully answer this.

If it was a LAW for money sharing formula will
governor seyi Makinde say this??
Politics / Re: Memoranda Submission For State Police By Govs A Waste Of Time – Makinde by Godoverevery: 11:13am On Mar 25
Kukutente23:

His point is that it's simply a waste of time as whatever the states write will still go to NASS.
Don't forget NASS is made up of members from all states. So why can't the states end their input through their senators and HoRs. Whatever is decided will still come to the states. Are you by any means telling me NASS will take whatever the individual states propose and just glue it together?
The job of the NASS is what you're asking the govs to do and it's simply a waste of time

Very funny.......is it senators and HOR members that don't even see there governor will be the one make inputs on there behalf.

I know you understand Nigerians politics very well so we all know anything that involves spending money that won't be beneficial to our governor they show no interest.
Politics / Re: Memoranda Submission For State Police By Govs A Waste Of Time – Makinde by Godoverevery: 11:08am On Mar 25
Kukutente23:

So are you telling me NASS will just take ALL the inputs from various states, glue it together and then send it to the state assemblies for assent?
It is obvious you guys are ignorant of the constitutional amendments process. States do not have any role to play. A state can't send a bill for constitutional amendments. Only FG can.
Even if the states all send their reports, it does not guarantee that the final draft will be acceptable to all. It is the job of NASS to get inputs from all states through their reps and debate, then come to a conclusion before forwarding to the states.
The idea of states writing assignment is simply a waste of time.

So state can't send report and recommendations about LAW to be pass ?? Cos I don't understand why you sounding so personal like you a state governor.

If they are irrelevant in making of LAW why did they attack buhari over minimum wage bill??

Is all state in Nigeria the same and have same financial strength??

If it was a LAW for money sharing formula am sure every state governor would submit there report that week....lol

Once again we need there input in making this particular LAW so the minimum wage scenario won't happen again
Politics / Re: Memoranda Submission For State Police By Govs A Waste Of Time – Makinde by Godoverevery: 10:49am On Mar 25
Kukutente23:

This will not be the first amendment to be rejected by the states. I already informed you that states govs have been advocating for state police since 1999.

If their state assemblies then reject it, it is clear to everyone that they are the ones who rejected it and they can't hide under our laws to claim they can't function as chief security officers of their various states.

There are tens of reports on states policing already. If the FG is not going to do anything about states policing simply because some govs are yet to submit reports then it is the FG which is unserious and want to retain the central policing structure.

In the actual sense, the major beneficiary of state policing should be the FG since they no longer have to answer for security issues in every nook and cranny of the country. It is thus absurd that same FG is the one deploying delay tactics by asking govs to submit reports like secondary school students.

It's not about like or not for the president. I already mentioned that presidents before him also stalled on the subject.

It's about government business. Under normal circumstances, a constitutional amendment is a purely legislative agenda. So asking govs to write reports on a legislative agenda is simply meaningless. You think Tinubu who refused to backtrack as gov when asked to collapse LCDAs he illegally created would have answered any president asking him to write reports? Or is it Shettima who refused an order to move Chibok girls away from danger?

The fact is political consultation will always be involved in any constitutional amendments to achieve a consensus but the state policing agenda has achieved a level of consensus that sending governors on thesis writing errands is simply diversionary and meaningless and I agree with Seyi Makinde on that.

What have we done about state that are not paying minimum wage ??
Who get the blame and insults for the failure??

We saw how governors attacked buhari over the 30k minimum wage and some claiming he never consulted before passing it.

On front page we are seeing state that are even borrowing from cbn to pay salaries.

Whether you agree or not at the end of it all if the state police project fail in some state the presidency will be one to be blame and some governors will claim they were forced and didn't have money.

Let them show there hands now so if anything happens we will hold accountable by the report they submitted.

That report is to show they all had input in making of the LAW.

Politics / Re: Memoranda Submission For State Police By Govs A Waste Of Time – Makinde by Godoverevery: 10:13am On Mar 25
Kukutente23:

Since FG will receive all the blame, does it not then make sense for FG to drive the agenda so that they take blame or praise for their works and not that of others?

State Police has been a subject since the start of this republic. It is the political wills by the presidents on seat that has stalled its implementation just as was with the PIA.

When you say Nigerian govs are crooks, i hope you realise both the president and VP are former govs as well. Are they also crooks or former crooks? Remember state police has been on the table since 1999.
All the above are a diversion though. Seyi Makinde's point which is very correct is that it's a legislative agenda not executive. So NEC asking governors to write briefs on what they constitutionally have no jurisdiction over is simply a waste of time. It is a ploy to waste time and but time for only God knows that reason. We've had constitutional amendments since 1999 and every president have signed amendments to the constitution and none have ever asked governors to submit briefs.
There are so many reports existing on state police already.

And if Nass pass it into LAW and state governors decides not to pass at state level then what happens.

You Making it look like FG can force this governors to do things.......we are talking about a state police which will need serious funding.

The governors need to show commitment by submitting the report required......it just a report for christ sake.

Just becos you don't like the president doesn't mean we shouldn't be objective in our views.

Kukutente23:

Not all the states need police
The law can't be subject to ability of all the states to implement
It's good you mentioned minimum wage. Do you now also imply that since some states govs don't implement minimum wage, we shouldn't have any review of the minimum wage as stipulated by law?

You can't make laws based on convenience. A gov that claims he doesn't have funds to implement state police, you can have another gov who will implement it tomorrow.

It is even better if the state police is enacted since all the govs have security votes already.

So using NEC to drive a legislation that requires constitutional amendment is simply a waste of time!

Once again if this should back fire FG will be one to receive all the blame.

Who proposed state police .....is it FG or NASS

We hardly blame governors for anything in this country.......everything nah presidency

I totally support every governor submitting how he want to go about and finance state police before sending it to NASS for any amendment.

Nigeria governors are crooks and the presidency know they can never be trusted.

Here is an intelligent man speaking.
Tinubu's govt revels in playing to the gallery, being loud on everything and public posturing while pushing the buck down the road.
They and their propaganda team have found a new canon fodder in state govs whom they use to hide their indecision and inefficiencies.
Just like the claim of giving 30bn to state govs, increased allocation to state govs when in real terms the value is less, the state police is another one they've adopted same tactics.
Another one is the minimum wage committee. They've been going from zone to zone asking what each labour movement wants when they already know they have no intention of using those inputs. Just a jamboree and waste of time. At the end, the minimum wage will linger beyond the time legally set by law for its operation.
I haven't been impressed with this govt. The business of governance has been totally abysmal and it's easy to see that they don't have any solution to the main questions neither do they even pretend to.
The little reprieve they got in exchange rate and they've been chestbeating like they just got Nigeria to Singaporean Eldorado when in actual fact, they are back to the same Buhari and Emefiele policies they maligned.
Chief of staff budget got ballooned. A certain minister is asking for security votes which if allowed will open the door for others to do same. Imagine 48 security votes at federal level minus that of the president. Then some fools will tell you to go and hold the 36 state govs accountable.
No sane and honest Nigerian has any business voting this govt beyond 2027. The cluelessness and corruption is unprecedented.

Seyi is right and should speak for himself.

What NEC want to know is if this governors can finance state police.

30k minimum wage was passed into law how many of them are paying??

Tomorrow now this same governors will cry FG forced them into state policing like the minimum wage.

Let know who can and can't carry the burden now before passing it into LAW.
