It's probably your battery that is gradually giving up the ghost. You may also check if some structure was introduced that may have caused some form of shading
Thanks for the response bros.

But does the state of the battery affect harvest?

It's a new battery by the way, luminous tubular.

I want to try washing the panels first cos on a closer look, they appear dirty with fungi growing on the edges.

Let me see if there'll be improvement

Did you at anytime clean the surface of your panels? are your cables copper or aluminium coated with "copper" ?
I have not cleaned the surface of the panels, they don't look dirty though and I installed them just last year.

The cables I think it copper, I don't think they are coated.

It was a journey of about five years. I only added the solar panels just recently.

5years ago, luminous inverter was got new for 35k. 100ah Leoch battery for 30k(now bad and out of service), ancillaries(wiring etc) 8k.

Late 2018,
200ah mercury battery 83k,
60a pwm controller 8k on Aliexpress,
25 metres 6mm dual core cable 850/metre,
Four 150watts panels from alaba about 35k each,
Ancillaries(changeover, etc)about 10k.
On average say, at today's cost about 300k
Hello house, been a while.

Pls I have a set up similar to this.

2 250- watt solar panels
220ah luminous battery and
A 40 ah mppt charge controller.

When I changed my controller from pwm to mppt, I was getting harvest of around 85 ah per day, that was around July last year.

But since around October last year to today, the harvest has dropped sharply to about 35 ah per day.

What could be the issue?

When you mentioned Senegal in your post, i realised reasoning with you will be a waste of time. Please remind me which Trophy has Senegal Won recently as they have grown in leaps and bounds?
I'm talking about beach soccer.

And if u don't know what Senegal has won in beach soccer in recent years, then it's a waste of time quoting me.

Oga, you are nothing but a CONFUSIONIST. We had a bad year. We won the U17 back to back under the same leadership, Awcon, qualify easily for Nations cup and Worldcup. So we should all just throw it all away just cause we had a not too great year. Bless the stars people at the top dont reason like you.
So for how long are we going to have a 'bad year'

Forget about the senior national team, what have we achieved in the past two years with the other national teams

Truidstar:
Oga, it cannot always go our way, not recently we were qualifying and wining right left and center. That us football for you. Its topsy turvy, these things happen so we sit up and get our acts together. The problem is bigger than pinnick. Is he running a one man show at the NFF? The technical committee nko? Is it not their job to recommend a coach or coaches to the NFF board for appointment? If pinnick rejected those appointments una go complain.
This is just as lame as it gets, oga, we should be progressing not regressing.

This team has qualified for the quarter finals twice and we should be building on that instead of retrogressing. Do u know Oman had thier second ever victory in the tournament against Nigeria, like seriously.

Look at how Senegal has grown over the years. Where was Senegal when we were putting up decent results in the first three editions. They have since grown in leaps and bounds while we are posting scandalous results.

I'm not even pained that we lost, with two former champions in the group, we had our work cut out from the onset, but losing 12 -2 ,come on, that is unacceptable.

I know you have no problems with Pinnick because of course, the super eagles are putting up impressive performances, but know that the super eagles will not always continue to make us happy, it is in these other teams we always find consolation and something to cheer when the eagles let us down.

Apart from the super eagles, can u please point to any other national team that has been impressive even on the continent and I mean teams that are dominant by default like the falcons, falconets , eaglets e.t.c

Who appointed the coach?
U dey mind am.

Last two years we failed to qualify for the u17 and u21 world cups.

This year that we somehow managed to qualify (finishing 4th on the continent in both) we presently teams that are completely unrecognisable as a Nigerian youth side.

Crashed out of CHAN
Crashed out of the Olympics ( male and female)
And now this scandalous performance by the sand eagles?

Oya tell me, what else do we need to access the NFF as a body. And as the president, the bulk stops on his table.

grin grin
Walahi, Pinnick has got serious queries to answer, how did things get this bad?

Imagine, the same Brazilians that needed extra time to beat us couple of years back. And this hurts more seeing Senegal march to the quarters.

Apart from the super eagles, pinnick's presidency as been a total failure.

Remember two years ago when we failed to qualify for all football tourneys bar the senior world cup.

Things are just going shamefully down and I am so angry right now

forgiveness open your eyes to facts and stop been delusional. can you name any player that your west produced that were more successful in europe as the great kanu and john obi mikel?

mention any CB from your region that can lace the boots of dreaded and tested CB as taribo west

name any dm in your region that was half as good as oliseh let alone upcoming ndidi?

name any that can displace the great magician jj okocha?

the 2 most capped players in the history of nigerian football are from what region?

the only true talent that emerged from the west in the last 2 decades is obafemi martins whom i have so much regard and respect for till date and nick named him the bomber during his inter days. open your mind to the truth and stop ridiculing yourself here as usual
We need to stop all these. Forget about the ethnic origin of the players, they are playing under the Nigerian flag. I have no doubts you guys are secretly praying for the team to fail just so u can celebrate.

Like icons mentioned, there was no Yoruba in the 93 squad heavens did not fall, we all celebrated the victory.

The 85 set had 90% players from Bendel state and that did not stop us celebrating when they won.

If a certain region claims they are the best in a particular field and the other players from the other regions are merely exceptions, then these set are the exceptions so let's deal with it.

The answer you're looking for @ the bolded is Muda Lawal.

Forget, didn't they fight for the boateng brothers?

Then this guy from arsenal who played alongside Henry, I've forgotten his name.

They also failed to play desailly and the asamoah who played for Germany at the 2002 world cup.

MI 9 SE took the better shot, by far. A50 Absolutely messed up exposure, had plenty of noise, and even had issues with focus/motion blurring. There's a bit of motion blurring in the SE's shot but it's still a lot better.
Yeah, noticed the motion blurring on the SE too but that may be due to the fact that I shot in night mode and I had problems keeping my hands steady

Thanks for the reply but the battery is poor...
Says who?

Oh, I know, good ol' sheet spec.

Let me burst the myth of this battery sef.

Now, one of the most revered Xiaomi phones even on this thread and the whole cyberspace is redmi note 7.

Everybody that owns it have got nice things to say about it. Even madgoat that was initially critical and skeptical about it came to love it so much.

One of the major highlights of the phone is the battery. It's not uncommon to see users post SOT of more than 24 hours here and people have described the battery as a beast.

The RN7 is xiaomi's best selling device of the year so far and comes with a 4000 mAh battery.

Now, as beastly as the battery of the RN7 is, do you know that in a standard battery test, the mi 9 SE easily beats it? And not just by margins! By almost 2 hours. You can watch the test by Frankie tech on YouTube.

I understand that the best efforts of the mi 9 SE might still not be enough for some users. If you are truly limited by budget, then Ivan suggest the mi 9 lite as an alternative as it comes with more than 4000mah of battery.
