I play both, I know both. Bball is way more stressful than football is. There is no way you can be lazy in basketball running up and down the court for 48mins all your muscles are involved and no chance for strolling which is why they take more breaks inbetween a game. Compare football where you can still find some lazy players, and not all players run all the time 1 Like |
