This is a private company initiative not Lagos state government, main_one has been in existence since the time of Fashola and not too long ago their was an acquisition of the company by a foreign telcom giant Equinix

Main one was originally owned by that black woman you see in the picture and they laid and own a fibre optic cable that runs from Lagos to Europe, I think Portugal. The company have been expanding even beyond the shore of Nigeria to some west African countries providing hardwired data solutions.

I vividly remember Kanu posing gleefully with Wenger when Kelechi first signed for Arsenal.

However, Wenger apparently had no plans to play Kelechi. He was loaned right after that photoshoot of his supposed signing..

Since then it's been from one loan to another. If he had never signed for Arsenal as a promising youngster, I wonder how his career would have turned out.

First and foremost, I don't like my fried rice looking this color. I like that rich high lemon color and I achieve this by using Tumeric.

I also don't like frying my vegies because it makes them too soft and soggy, melting into the rice. I like them crunchy and fresh so its the last thing I add to my rice after the rice is done. I just add and cover to simmer with heat of the rice a few mins, then bring it down. That way, everything stays popping.

Attached is a picture of the color of my fried rice any day.
