What you just said is like someone who has a farm but no money, takes loans, do he cultivate is farm and keep all the products for himself and extended family first, or take some and sell some for money which could also be used to pay back loans and even aquire another land?

Right now the money made from existing rails in Nigeria can't pay 5% of the loans, but with this kind of rail we'd be making huge money from rail which can even be used to fund other rails, that way with time we won't need to borrow to construct and maintain our rail, cos they'd be self sustaining.
