OLAADEGBU:You're getting it wrong... See where you're fulfilling scriptures Romans 1:22 KJV 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, ![]() Hating on other religion is foolishness. Where's the love of Christ in you? ![]() Mr I-am-not-like-other-men, you seem to have hastily forgotten this scripture, or outrighly feign ignorance, or worse. Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Jesus never said publish speculations, discuss propagandas, theories and fallacies, (perceived true by some belligerent few) about your 'enemies' He said you should LOVE, BLESS, DO GOOD, and PRAY for them. I don't see you doing any of these, so far in all your threads thus far. |
OLAADEGBU:I'm grinning a the rate you're making a simpleton of yourself |

Keep Praying!-Tuesday, September 8th . Pastor Chris And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint (Luke 18:1). Someone once lamented, "As much as I pray for my country, it appears that the wickedness, especially from the political leaders, keeps increasing. Can God still intervene? Is there need for me to keep praying?" The Word of God admonishes us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). In Luke 18:1-8, the Lord Jesus emphasized the importance of persistence in prayer. This is because being the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, you can change anything through prayer. The divine power necessary to cause that change is in you; it was deposited in you the moment you received the Holy Spirit into your life (Acts 1:8 ). Moreover, James 5:16 (AMP) says, "...The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]." Continue to pray for your country. The Lord is the God of all flesh, and there's nothing too difficult for Him to do (Jeremiah 32:27). He's the God of possibilities, and He's given you the power of attorney to use the Name of Jesus and effect the changes you desire. Therefore, in praying for your country and other nations of the world, let these thoughts be in your mind. The God to whom we pray, reigns and rules in the affairs of men: "...to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men" (Daniel 4:17). Consider what He did to King Nebuchadnezzar, who ruled his kingdom with absolute power. The Lord deposed him from his glory, and drove him out from among men, to dwell in the wilderness. God also restored him to office after he repented. God has power over every nation and sets in authority anyone that He chooses (Romans 13:1). When He tells you to pray for your country, it's because He's given you the authority to decree a thing and have it established (Job 22:28). Intercede for as long as it takes for peace, continued progress, and stability in your country. Pray as though it depended on you alone to effect changes in your nation, and the truth is, it does; because you're the salt of the earth. Prayer... Dear Father, I thank you for teaching me to pray without ceasing for my country. I thank you for your divine power and wisdom that's released, even now, upon the leaders and political office holders for them to do your will, and for righteousness to be established in the land and in the hearts of men, in Jesus' Name. Amen. Further Study: 1 Timothy 2:1-3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge... (Hosea 4:6) Sad as this may sound, it's true nonetheless! God's people suffer in life, not because they don't pray enough or love God enough, but because they lack accurate and adequate knowledge of the Word. Reiterating this, the Lord Jesus said in Matthew 22:29, "...Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures...." When people lack accurate and relevant spiritual information from God's Word, they experience defeat and failure. This isn't because they're "weak" Christians or because God couldn't deliver them; it's just the plain and inevitable result of ignorance. Psalm 82:5-7 is so touching; it describes the debacle and despondency of the one who's ignorant of his heritage and identity in Christ. It says, "They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes." Pathetic! Now you can better understand why in the lives of some people, things aren't just happening the way they should; they're putting in all the efforts they could, yet nothing productive is coming out. What's the problem? Ignorance: they know not, neither do they understand; they walk on in darkness, destroyed by sickness and plummeted by the harsh elements of this world. Is this the lot for the Christian? Emphatically no! The Bible declares, "...but through knowledge shall the just be delivered" (Proverbs 11:9). If you have knowledge, there'll be a difference in your life. The knowledge of God's Word will build you up, and deliver your God-given inheritance into your hands (Acts 20:32). If you've been wondering why your experiences haven't been as victorious as the Word describes, you need to spend more time studying and meditating on the Word. Build your faith with the Word of God, for faith comes by hearing (Romans 10:17). As the Word comes to you, don't just agree by way of mental assent, respond by confessing the same things. Soon enough, you'll change the situation. |
Scholar8200:Quite correct. She said the King of Kings ... Daniel said "Thou, O king, art a king of kings. BBig difference. Thanks buddy! |
Sheikwonder:In fact Ola... Come with 80leaves long note book... You've got alot of tutorials here. Thanks bro, for enlightening Ola,but Officially, Syrians can apply for a tourist visa or work permit in order to enter a Gulf state. However, the process is costly, and there is a widespread perception that many Gulf states have unwritten restrictions in place that make it hard for Syrians to be granted a visa in practice. (hundreds of thousands cannot afford this, nor have time for the tedious processes, hence, they look to Europe... Where democracy to an extent, binds them to help) This comes as part of wider obstacles facing Syrians, who are required to obtain rarely granted visas to enter almost all Arab countries. Without a visa, Syrians are not currently allowed to enter Arab countries except for Algeria, Mauritania, Sudan and Yemen. Yemen is in shreds... Syria is better that Sudan et al. This is outside considering the proximity sef. |
Sheikwonder:Ola, come and take notes o... Come with biro and note pad. ![]() |
OLAADEGBU:Ruminate on these words... Perhaps a miracle will happen to your reasoning ability. ![]() Coz it is stewpid to say the Syrians started a war because they wanted to pretend to be refugees. |

OLAADEGBU:Using scriptures to justify your outlandish claims, gossip and hate ladened writings. Can you show me where Jesus was intolerant of other religions... Samrarians, Greeks, Romans.... Gentiles in general. .. Take your time, I can wait for the scriptures. ![]() |
OLAADEGBU:It has bro..... You're too drown in hate to notice it. |
OLAADEGBU:I already told you.. Majorly because of the harsh nature of the Sharia laws. They love democracy, they love the free world. That's common sense, not rocket science as you're thinking it is. |
So you mean the syrian started a war among themselves, which has caused many deaths, used the more perilous means of travelling to Europe all in the name of "invading" Europe?I was thinking the same too. Syrian war was not the doings of Syrians... And Muslims have always been migrating due to harsh nature of the sharia law. Bros you make a good case that seeks to tie extreme dumbness and intellectual indolence to being a Christians fundamentalist.I could not agree less. Apt description by the way. ![]() Your post has all the trappings of being an odoriferous foolery, inspiring only deviant and misguided of men!https://i.imgur.com/U8INyfB.gif Turkey has more Syrian refugees than all other countries in Europe combined, but trust an average psychological unstable crusader bigot to blab rubbish and brew falsehood to distort reality.Ola, you see how silly your posts are beginning to sound? This guy just described your latest nature in a short sentence, as highlighted above. |
