been following this thread for a while too and I have bought tv from Aucon too I think u are right
Earlier this year I bought a 32inch from Aucon which I broke the screen through my careless I called him and explained everything to him
And to my greatest surprise he accept to swap it with 40inch and I added a little money and I am using the new tv now with no story

My son broke the screen of my 47" LG l bought from him last year though the LG has a back light problem l discovered this few days l bought the TV l beleive most if not all LGs of that model has a back light problem it always switches off by itself after watching for few days sometimes after some hours, l live in Ilorin, when the screen broke last Week due to the fact that whenever the TV switches off, we always remove every cord at the back of the TV leave it for few minutes and put back as l removed every cord from the back my son mistakingly hit the back of the TV and the screen had intental damage, l called my Engineer to ask for the price of the screen he said it is 45k l was so sad l just gave my Engineer the TV out of frustration and sadness, the following day l called Acunon l explained everything to him though he reprimanded me for not calling him when the TV continue to have the problem probably for a swap till after it is completely dead, l told him l traveled out of the country and was so busy to even thought of that, to my surprise Acunon is willing to sell a TV of 80k to me for 65 just to compensate me for my loss and he is willing to do more, Acunon is a good guy because l have met him on different occasions coupled with the positive reviews here, it is not easy to read 291 pages about a person and he only got 2 or 3 bad reviews this shows he is a genuine and a good guy, please rectify the issue with him amicably and please come back here to tell us how you people resolved it, thanks.

I will like to see how this turns out pls so Acunon should reply and clear things up although he's being selling these TVs for years on here! Without bad reviews but clearing this one up will remove anxiety from future patronizers!

I was going to place my order on a tv but now i am having doubts thinking why not go for a new one instead of the trouble of buying a from him!


Others interested should pls throw their weight towards this .... anybody can be unlucky and end up with a defective tv advertised as "Like New" could be me or you!

From my experience Electronics can be funny sometimes my neighbor bought new LG from their company and begins fault only 1 week after purchase though he sent it back and got another one after some days, be it new or used electronic can act funny sometimes, Acunon has been doing this business for long and he is a good guy, can you imagined acunon came to my house to checked the TV I bought from him to see if he will replace it, only few sellers can do that, it is quite unfortunate that this new buyer is going through this, Acunon is always ready to change TV for customer as long as the fault is from him, you can go ahead and buy your TV from him if you read the pages from 1 to 291 you will see that he is genuine and a nice guy and you will enjoy anything you buy from him, l beleive they are resolving the matter and Acunon will get back to us soon.

I am sorry to hear that, from what l have read here, Acunon always accept a faulty TV back for replacement of a better one. I have met Acunon more than 3 times in person he is a nice guy, just talk to him more l beleive he will replace your TV for you. Let's know the conclusion here please because a bad review is bad for the grow of a business
