That is also the reason I don't like them having the power in economic affairs. Because they get money and status for themselves and no one else.

Whatever field you think women hustle, men out hustle them. It's not even close. Even the native gender biased roles such as cooking. Men out hustle women once money is involved. The reason women seem more visible in the business space now is because a separate protected category has been created for them to enable them survive the competition not because they're inherently stronger. In my line of work, I deal with a lot of high net worth individuals. The women up there have men they have paid their dues to that hold them up and defend their positions and advise them and give them strength. They never do it alone. It's all hidden behind the scenes. Don't make conclusions based on a manifestation of things that have been sealed in secret.
