I was trying to think "how do I start writing this?". I was actually asking myself then remembered I already started, Am already writing! So how do ladies know themselves? I asked a friend if she knows herself better than anyone else does! There are people who say "I KNOW YOU BETTER THAN YOU KNOW YOURSELF" well they think they do!

As a lady you need to know yourself. Let's start with your body! Spend 15min just looking at yourself "NUDE" in front of the mirror! Know where your curves start from and where they end! Know every inch of tummy and your cookie as well! Tell yourself you're amazing! Tell yourself you're stunning! Tell yourself you got a killer smile! Tell yourself you're beautiful! Tell yourself everything you can see so that the next time someone tells you "you got a sweet smile", you'll not be like really? Aw! That's sweet! You will confidently say "I agree!" Because you know how your smile is! You know how you look when you smile, Frown, Cry and blah blah!!

Now dress up and look at the dressed you! Don't you just look amazing and confident and ready to face the world? Tell yourself you look stunning in that dress! The shoes. Just the bomb! So when you walk out of there you know you are confident! The compliments are just a reminder!

There are many things that I don't know, but there's one thing I know very well: my real friends. I know who my real friends are. When it comes to this, I've never been confused. I may be friendly with many people, but I never, even for a second, make the mistake of thinking that people who are around me are my real friends.
