If your 1999-2015 had been spent laying a foundation in infrastructural development, the ordinary citizens would have by now taken off on their own and well settled In their respective enterprises.

What you dimwits failed to do in those years which would have been easier for people to endure seeing how the country was just coming out of a military beat-down and already used to the hardship is the judgement day that was postponed to this day which we weren't going to avoid any ways, is what this regime is trying to get started/sorted.
