SmellingAnus:If that's your understanding, it is not theologically sound. He said he was poor but he made many rich. That doesn't mean he was rich. A poor man can make another person rich. A sick person can cause another to be healed. His confession about himself takes precedence before the outcome of his actions. You're looking at the outcome without considering the precedence. Very faulty logic and unwholesome theology. There's no need to answer you anymore anyway. Thanks for your time. He had nothing physically but has everything by faith in Christ because Christ is the embodiment of all riches. |
Truthseeker10:I think you're derailing the topic as we're not here to talk about destiny. Man's destiny is to please God. God has created all things for His pleasure. Revelation 4:11. |
Truthseeker10:Was Jesus not poor? Were His disciples not poor? Didn't they fulfil their purposes? Did you not read that God does not measure fulfilment by poverty or riches? Or, why the unnecessary questions? Don't you have other intelligent things to talk about? |
SmellingAnus:Did he say he had nothing? Yes or no? Do he say they were poor? Yes or no. Done for now. Please have s nice day. I don't have time for unnecessary arguments. |
SmellingAnus:Even Paul made references to himself and the other disciples as "...though poor, making many rich." 2 Cor. 6:10. If you cannot draw inspirations from the events I described, draw one from Paul's direct statement in 2 Cor. 6:10. |
SmellingAnus:I don't like it when you keep stressing that I'm lying without first confirming the said lie. It's not a good way to discuss scriptures at all. Mathew 17:24 -27 was where Christ was asked for tribute money and He had to sent Peter to fish for it. Peter had to go take a coin out of the fish's mouth simply because there was none available in anyone's purse at the time. It seems you're only doing this for arguments sake as you completely ignored the reference to Judas. I would not continue with you if I find this to be the attitude you bring to these issues. As for the wedding, the wine finished, don't tell me there was no wine.. there was wine but the wine finished...Did I say there was no wine? I told you that the wine finished and there were no funds to immediately buy more. Go and read again. Mary said they have no wine, because the wine finished and there was no more money to buy more. That in no way mean they were poor... Even the rich folks run out of items that's why they restock when they are running out of items... Lastly you still haven't provided any scripture that says the disciples were poor or that the couples at the wedding were poor...I thought you knew the scriptures enough to mentally navigate scriptures yourself and have understanding without references. Let me tell you, the disciples were poor during Christ's presence and afterwards. Paul actually was taking offerings of the gentile churches to feed the disciples in Jerusalem after Christ's departure. 2 Corinthians 8 and several other scriptures highlight this situation. When the disciples , Peter and John appeared before the Sanhedrin in Acts 4:13, were they treated like rich folks? They were termed ignorant and ordinary men. They were actually not rich. Jesus associated more with the poor than with the rich. In His parable of the rich man, He put poor Lazarus in a conspicuously good position in heaven while also condemning the rich whose entry into heaven would be like that of a camel passing through a needle's eye. Do not ever think the person with a differing opinion to yours is lying without first giving that individual the opportunity to fully establish his viewpoints. I can take you far deeper into the scriptures if you have the time. |
SmellingAnus:The disciples were poor, who doesn't know this? There was a time there was nooney to even pay tribute. None of the disciples could help. Jesus had to send Peter to catch a fish in the river with some coins in its mouth. Judas sold his Master for 30 shekels of silver. He needn't do that if he were rich. Rich people often throw parties with a lot of funfair. Food may finish but not drinks. If there are too much people, food may finish, and since food is not something that could be made available in an instance, there'll be guests who won't get something to eat in that party. But for drinks, they'll instantly order for kore in absolute surplus to ensure that everyone has enough drinks. What did Marty tell Jesus? "They have no wine." The couple were just about to be disgraced when Jesus intervened. If the wine finished, and they had the means to order for more, Jesus needn't not make wines for the couple. Mary said they have no one because they couldn't even afford to get more. |
Truthseeker10:If your purpose brings you many opportunities to be rich and you refused to use the opportunity but went ahead to keep fulfilling purpose, choosing rather to shun riches, does that mean you didn't fulfil your purpose? Please always read with good understanding. |
SmellingAnus:All His disciples were very poor folks. The first wedding he attended was that of poor couples who could not provide enough wines for their guests. Ibiyeomie was absolutely wrong. He was heretical. |
Truthseeker10:Why do you enjoy lying. Pull out the exact sentence in which I said the above. Let's expose the liar here! |
Truthseeker10:It's your emptiness that's exposed. Why didn't you copy the whole post and bolden that part if you're not just being mischievous? The whole post drive home a point but you son of the devil brought out half truth from the post to make a lie. When I said God does not measure success or fulfillment by poverty or wealth, is that not clear enough to your mischievous mind? |
Truthseeker10:Wrong question again. Read what I said in the last sentence of the last post you cut off. I said what I said with a context. |
Antichristian2:Check below screenshot from Mets AI. You chose your biased interpretation to call them small boys. Even common sense tells you that small boys don't own houses and arrange parties. Anyone old enough to own a house and host parties is not a kid. Job's children were young men. Not necessarily kids. When I was in my 30s, I still hand elderly people who called me young man. Does that make me a kid? Pray the prayers of not being foolish for yourself. [ b]And where's your evidence from the Bible they were unrighteous?[/b]And where's your evidence for me calling them unrighteous? I said if they were righteous, they won't be vulnerable. Because he gave us humans a complex brain to decipher things and freewill to do or not to do. He won't judge animals as they do not have these!Hence, God is not the One who does all the evils you see! I am not blaming God for anything and i don't have the right to question God! God's will is beyond any of His creation! Why did God gave Satan powers to touch Job's kids and properties? We can expand this and say probably Satan may have done same to cause almost all the calamities on earth! Are you even saying Satan is a minister of God for tests and trials here?Wrong question. God did not give Satan powers to touch Jobs children. Satan was just doing his thing and caught them in a vulnerable situation. Sarah's things are all wickedness and evil. If you're not vulnerable, Satan cannot touch you. May your understanding be opened. A president does not give armed robbers powers to rob a compound, but when they're doing their thing, if the compound is not vulnerable, robbers cannot succeed. Righteousness is a defence. No, you can't tell my enemy to come kill my family and destroy my properties! Aba! You self be my enemy be that! That's aiding and abetting! It wasn't Satan who killed Job's son by God!You're talking like a kid. It's like saying your examiner is your enemy for making you face an examination in which you failed. It's like saying a wrestlers manager is an enemy of the wrestler for making him face a tough opponent. If you created an object that you planned to be fireproof, won't you test it in the fire to prove your ingenuity? Do you become the enemy of the object for testing it so? If I created you to be a most powerful entity on earth, and I boast to my enemy that he cannot overcome you, do I become your enemy if my enemy tests your power to confirm my boasting? God's children are God's masterpieces on earth. As they serve God faithfully, a time comes for exams that lead to promotions. God promotes His children as they succeed from tests to tests until they become all that God has destined them to be - strong, faith-filled, resident servants of God in the face of persecution and adversity. This your last statement still means God had a plan for him. He has completed his mission and had to die. Job's children too have completed their time as no one knows when his or her time is up! Anyone who dies has completed his or her mission according to God's plan!Wrong! A righteous person does not HAVE to die just because he has completed his mission but because God's ordained time for him or her on earth was ripe. However, the ripe time will be after the completion of your mission and not before. No one could take Jesus until His time was up. On the other hand, an unrighteous person can be taken at anytime by Satan like a fowl in a cage. I hope you can learn from our conversations so far, especially in using your Quran to defend your Quran. Hope you can see the falsehood of your religion in that whenever a fault is made concerning your false prophet, you'll always look for unrelated events, (most of which you don't even understand) in the Bible to justify your prophet rather than using your Quran itself to justify your Quran. Check screenshots from Google and AI to see jobs children were actually young men.

Antichristian2:Irrelevant question. You said they were kids and I proved they weren't. This mentality is false. Everything is created by God! God is not unawares of the future of everything He created. He created Satan and grant him powers! He created calamity and disaster for a purpose! Your biblical God permitted Satan to kill Job's children and destroy his properties and health! God's permission to Satan to make Job grief is enough calamity from God!If God is the orchestrator of all calamities, why will he judge wickedness? Care to answer? God created calamity as an instrument of judgement for the wicked. Satan has powers. Humans have powers. By God's principle of freewill, they both could use their powers as they wish but God will judge them for the misuse of their powers. God wanted to promote job and, therefore He put him to the test. Satan can only go as far as Job's and his children's vulnerability. If Satan visits you, he cannot get you if you are not vulnerable. Your vulnerability is not God's fault but yours. [ b]If you allow someone to do evil to me then who are you if not an accomplice?[/b]If I want to boast of your strength and power to my enemy, I can tell my enemy to try you and see something. That's exactly what happened in Jobs case. He was beheaded as a birthday gift! And that beheading was a calamity from God to the bereaved family of John the Baptist!Beheaded as a birthday gift for rebuking the king who snatched his brother's wife. It was a persecution. God permitted it or is it that God can't save him from beheading just as he did save the children of Israel from Pharaoh? If his time was not up, he could not be cut short. He already completed his assignment. |
Truthseeker10:Wrong question! Fulfillment of purpose is not measured by riches or poverty. |
Truthseeker10:If that's your understanding of all I have said so far, I wonder how you passed English comprehension in school. You might have to read and reread to understand what I've said so far. |
LordReed:If it's a meaningless phrase, it won't have an interpretation in all languages of the world. The made up shit is in your own head. Infact for calling a named phenomenon which has its individual meaning in all tongues a meaningless shit, already shows how deeply ignorant and self deceiving you are. |
Antichristian2:So, you didn't see from the story of job that his children were not kids? You didn't even read where they were celebrating birthdays in their eldest brother's house? Do kids have their own houses to gather in and arrange merriment for themselves? All things were created by God including calamity for the punishment of the wicked. Satan and men also do calamities against their perceived enemies. Even you yourself must have hurt someone before for doing you something bad. Did God do it or you? When Satan does calamity, did God do it or Satan? God's calamities and word are never poured on the righteous but on the wicked as an instrument of judgement. Why was John beheaded? He was persecuted for preaching righteousness and telling the king his wrongs for snatching his brother's wife. That's a persecution. |
Truthseeker10:And I answer you again, read my responses with understanding. I don't like spoon-feeding adults. |
Antichristian2:You're not understanding it. Should I start teaching you fundamentals? Righteousness does not deliver from trouble? You recounted incidences of persecution, and used persecution to establish that righteousness does not profit. The righteous is constantly persecuted and sometimes he could be martyred. When we're talking about trouble, we're talking about satanic doings. Not events that seek to punish you for serving God. Job was not persecuted like those you mentioned. His case was a different case. He was taking exams that later brought him his promotion after he passed. The calamities cooked and orchestrated by wicked forces of darkness in a wicked world for no reason like in the case of job, that's what we call trouble. The righteous embrace persecution gladly. Jesus didn't reject the cross even though He could. He even rejected Plate's help. The disciples of Jesus were mostly given the opportunity to choose not to die but they chose death instead. When Muslim terrorists meet a man and ask him to convert to Islam or die; if he maintains his stand with Jesus and got killed by the murderous islamists, he's persecuted and martyred. That's not the trouble we're talking about. Job's children were not kids. They were full grown adults who had become accountable for their own actions, so much so that job usually feared that his sons might have cursed God or sinned against God in some ways. Everyone is meeting Jesus except you. See how twisted your knowledge of God is. Can you quote any specific verse of Scripture where God gave any specific instructions to Satan to do any specific things to Job? Satan walks freely on the earth, and could meet anyone as a visitor if he has his gates ajar. |
LordReed:Are you the one who had my experience for me? Jesus is alive and many of us have met Him. If you think He's dead, it's because you're not spiritually alive. Spiritually dead people can never meet Jesus. |
Truthseeker10:Read my last sentence for your answer. |
SlawG:A clown is someone who never met Jesus and yet calls himself a Christian. |
LordReed:Of course you don't need to travel anywhere but if you never met Jesus, I and many others did meet Him and know Him. Don't project your fakes on us. |
LordReed:You were never a Christian. A fake Christian probably. A Christian is someone who has met Jesus. |
LordReed:My friend, they're everywhere. I don't know your place, I'm talking about a place not too far away from me. There are those around you too. Both Godly and satanic. As long as you keep sitting in your armchair, you'll never know anything. Your assertions and beliefs would be based on your ignorance. Those who seek knowledge truly, always travel far to fetch it. If you've not been around the world to verify what people claim, then stop thinking others are fools for having a different experience from yours. Truth be told. Atheists are very ignorant. Very very ignorant. None of them have ventured to places where extraordinary things happen, yet they limit the world to the definition of their own ordinary lives. Until I hear that an atheist have been to real satanic places where Satan unlike God quickly vents his anger on those who offend him, I will not take any atheists seriously. If your adventures have not taken you beyond your armchair, please keep your atheistic beliefs to yourself. You're hurting the eternal destination of your children if you bring them up in that same line of falsehood and crass ignorance. |
LordReed:It is not by force if you don't want to participate. But just know that you cannot make any conclusions by sitting in an armchair in your house. |
Truthseeker10:It did. For clarity, God has destined all humans to reach their highest peaks in life but each human would determine how far he wants to go. God doesn't think in terms of riches or poverty. God thinks in terms of the fulfillment of purpose. And for this, God has not set any limitation for anyone. Your purpose would bring you many opportunities to be rich if you pursue it the right way. |
LordReed:I don't believe in all these escrows actually since I was once heavenly scammed by one. If you decide to go to that place, understand you're going to a highly concentrated place of demonic activity. I would not be responsible for whatever happens to you there. |
LordReed:Which escrow? I don't know any escrow o. But shouldn't you be curious yourself as to what could be the result of your visit? |
Truthseeker10:Please read my am response again. |
