I'd like to know if it won't be a problem if my SSCE certificate carries just my Surname and my first name while every other document including my passport and CAS carries my surname, first name and middle name.

Has anyone been able to book an appointment on TLS website? I am having some issue booking. Almost all dates have the 'sold' tag.

The 5k is just a discount of your fee.
My school also gave me 5k discount and on my tb result, it was student without scholarship.

The school deducted d fee bf issuing my cas.
My school fee was 16k
On my CAS school wrote 11k

Hello guys. I recently got a 5K pounds scholarship from DUNDEE but on my TB cert, I have "student without scholarship" on it. I hope this wouldn't be a problem with my application.

1. I'm applying to study MSc management and finance at Birmingham city university
2. I have my TB test certificate, paid tuition deposit, UO in the bag, account statement would mature in another 14 days exactly. I'll apply for CAS immediately
My question and my worry: I got the funds from a finance house and they'll take the funds as soon as our contract expires. My fear is does it affect me in anyway if go for biometrics and the funds isn't in my account.
However I plan to submit immediately I have CAS.

Hello Chief, what happens if the account I used to send the money isn't active anymore? Cos I sent a part of the money through a BDC and the other part from my domiciliary account but the BDC is already acting funny.


Helo brother... If u want to get ur money back from fintiba, its very simple if u follow the way I did mine and my money reflected in my account within 2 weeks...I didn't book any appointment, didn't even go to lagos, I did all that from the comfort of my home...
Step 1 write to fintiba through the contact form on their website that u want to unblock ur money..provide them with ur passport number and also a scan copy of the blocking confirmation

Step 2 they will reply u after few days that u need a later from the embassy that visa was not issued...then write to the embassy through their mail that u need a written confirmation for unblocking

Step3 Embassy might not reply u but in my case they replied that I should book an appointment on the consular matters...pls ignore the message..just write back to fintiba that embassy wants them to directly contact them....in that ur mail to fintiba make sure u include embassy phone numbers and email address

Step 4 After few days fintiba will ask u to confirm if the account u used in sending the money is still active...once u confirm that u receive another message from fintiba to give them 3weeks to send the cash back...in my own case it was 2 weeks before the money reflected.

Who got AL from CAU kiel recently? I deferred from summer to winter and I was told I would get my new AL showing winter admission but I haven't gotten it. It's almost two months now and they aren't responding to mails.

Yes I did. I applied for summer but had to differ to winter.
The whole Covid is causing a lot of delays but you'd definitely read from them soon.

when your BA confirmation comes attach it, your previous AD mail and your previous reference number and all necessary information.. Send a mail to the embassy.. They will give you another AD don't give up brother

Call them if you can. No way your Visa will be ready in 15 days. The embassy will even request for an extension letter if they want to consider giving you a visa. The date is just too close. Keep sending reminders if you don't have a number to call them on.

Enrollment for summer semester in CAU Kiel ends on the 25th of March and I've mailed the school for an extension of enrollment but didn't get a response. My appointment date is 10th of March and I'm worried I might not meet up with enrollment. What would you advise in this situation?

If your sponsor is making the transfer from a German bank account and he uses Echtzeit Überweisung it will take max. of 10sec for the money to be in ur account.
