blingxx: Lol this is funny .. incase no one will say it I will ..tinubu is a bad influence with a lot of hoodlums as his urchin(agreed) but he will surely use that ruggedity to deal with the northern calibers and favour the south west The North will make the greatest mistake of voting Tinubu who they think looks frail and old. Tinubu is very strong willed and can never be controlled Tinubu will deal with them as you said, may be they've forgotten how OBJ dealt with them, that one was just testing the mic to what Tinubu will do to them |

Offpoint1: You see the Fulani herdsmen, BK and bandits having their field days during this administration because the head is their sympathizer... Expect touts to have their field days too if Tinubu is unfortunate enough to get there. Tinubu will just be a replica of PMB,but may perform a little bit better. Just as cabals from Fulani are running PMB'S govt so shall be cabals from Yoruba who will be controlled by his son Seyi Tinubu Touts will become brazen in their activities in extorting and harassing citizens especially in Lagos Tinubu will as well empower Yorubas just as Buhari is empoweing his kinsmen by putting them in juicy positions He will bring policies that will favour SW like control of VAT by states etc Tinubu will then go on a Vendetta mission to all his political foes in APC ,then establish his hegemony I don't see him doing anything to improve the lots of the masses and the economy So don't expect much from a Tinubu president as he will focus on SW majorly |

Realist12: Lol , in reality he will be a better minister of information , that ministry needs liars . Obi happens to be a passive governor that's been exaggerated by the social media youths... I want us to ask ourselves a question, Asides his tenure as a governor what's his participation in nation building ?, or he just goes back to his family business and comes in another election year ? What's his sacrifice. Let me tell you why I respect Tinubu. Tinubu was there in the military era fighting for democracy with his personal money . After his tenure as a governor he continued influencing politicians in the southwest and we all saw how he swept the southwest and positively influenced the growth of those states spreading the progressive ideology. We saw the other southwestern states model Lagos state polices. I bet you all saw RRS modeled trucks in Osun, OYO etc. Tinubu has done more for the Nigerian society and his mentee are not even in Obi category . Obi is just good at making up figures for clout. What of the owo mi da menace he institutionalised in Lagos? The way some of you from SW castigate Obi will make some of Tinubu's supporters from SE to have a rethink about their support Anyway 2023 elections will be quite tricky. Obi may not win but he has made the work tough for both Atiku and Tinubu An Obi candidature will reduce SS, SE votes of Atiku as well reducing Christian and Southern votes of Tinubu |

Ifyken2: Obi supporters like to deceive themselves, just like they deceived osinbanjo. Osinbanjo a nobody with zero political clout against jagaban who no one in nigeria can match his political clout. Hate him or love him the only reason why atiku has a better chance of winning the election is because of tribal politics,if not atiku political clout isn't up to tinubu. Any region not playing tribal politics in Nigeria will not go far in politics, SE comes to mind North and SW are masters in tribal politics, so both of them will use it to the maximum. What may affect Tinubu most is his purported Northern Muslim VP which will cost him Christian votes of SE,SS and North, though SW Christians will vote him based on tribe. If the northern governors of APC didn't throw much weight behind Tinubu during the elections, Atiku will clear the north leaving Tinubu with SW block votes |

Benbellamor: i was supporting PDP all these years and watch how people like wike hold the party through spending and supporting other Governors To win even when Atiku decamp to Apc, Atiku just chose okowa with 3 votes leaving wike with 16 votes against majority decision in a vice president contest... this is the same thing that buhari is doing by neglecting popular views and cling to the cabals.... the northern chairman iyorchia Ayu has shown signs of forming cabals in PDP okowa was used to puncture the southern zoning agreed in Delta the implication is that Nigeria cannot afford a northerner that will NOT yield to majority decision but rather few cabals
I either follow Tinubu seems to be better because i watch the way he consistently build and keep a moving train....wike should just stay quiet and watch how atiku can win osun ....if Atiku fails, i think its time to decamp en masse and just let Atiku okowa dance naked in 2023 Wike is a force and I am sorry for PDP.... My bro, Atiku is a seasoned politician just like Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his vetoing the committee's decision is strategic First an Wike will reduce his votes in the north due to his former deeds and utterances that made Northerners to hate Wike Secondly Wike may cause him some votes of some learned Nigerians who see Wike as uncouth Finally if they win the election,Wike being very strong willed and ambitious will not be totally loyal to Atiku |

babasolution: If Southerners allow a Fulani to Fulani transition it will be a great mistake southerners will regret, all southern votes must go to southerners, its the turn if southerners, this is very very important and critical, either Peter obi or tinubu, the Igbo can focus on Peter obi since they feel betrayed, let the Yoruba focus on tinubu,if they allow the symbolism of a Fulani to Fulani transition they will regret it,it will be costly not only for them but their kids and future generations.
I know most southerners are dull brained, and prey like negroes but this of all things should be a no brainier.

How EFCC were able to catch people involve in buying and selling of vote in ekiti but could not catch anybody in the primaries of both PDP and APC remain a mystery.

aribisala0: There are many countries in the world without Eboes and they survive excellently
There is nothing special Eboes do in Nigeria economy besides importing and selling . They look so good because they have zero competition but in reality their business model is not good for the economy/consumers. They are fragmented as traders and that means they cannot do mega deals e.g If you buy any piece of electronics from an Eboe trader he cannot offer a warranty because he does not have that kind of relationship with the manufacturer... too many small importers . No single major trading company whose CEO can sit down with the CEO of Toyota , Sony or Hyundai . They are good for themselves as single businessmen or traders but if Nigeria is to develop we need mega trading companies that can do big deals when importing , get major discounts and bring manufacturing home. You just derailed in your reply to the comments. What I mean is that any policy affecting their business so dearly will affect the masses at the end of the day since their business deals directly with the masses No matter how despise the Igbos they still control trading in Nigeria for now Nigeria will take a long time to reach the mega trading thing you are talking about that deal directly with the masses |

Tinubu is on record of insulting Yoruba Obas publicly because he holds them in contempt They have forgiven him long time ago, Yorubas are very forgiving people unlike SE and SS, they take tribal or regional interest above any personal interest Didn't you listen to Amosun's and Fayemi's speech before stepping down for BAT during the primary election? Tinubu will get more than 80 percent votes cast in SW. |
Politics › Re: Ooni Blasts Tinubu Over Derogatory Comments On Yoruba Obas by Gozac: 1:58pm On Jun 20, 2022 |
aribisala0: Oba of Lagos with Tinubu's son By the time Tinubu wins, he will be ruling by proxy through his son Seyi. He will be running things just as PMB'S kinsmen aka cabals are running the show today. BAT will surely empower and develop SW just as PMB did in Daura He will do better than PMB though not much He will come down heavily on his enemies especially those that worked against his ambition. Many heads will roll in APC, he will hold the party firmly in his palm The mistake he may likely make is by trying to scheme Igbos out of governance, then the masses will suffer as we are doing now since Igbos businesses are mostly related to the masses due to their dominance in trading As for winning the elections Tinubu has 60 percent chance of winning, will most likely win unless there is conspiracy among his northern contacts and northern governors |
