GRANTS GOVERNOR UMAHI'S
REQUEST TO TAKE 3 DIFFERENT
LOANS FROM CBN, TOTALING N8.4
BILLION:
The Ebonyi State House of Assembly, on Thursday during it's seating, granted the
request of the state governor, Dave
Umahi, to source for three different loans
from the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN),
amounting to N8.4 billion.
The break down of the three loans are as follows:
*Salary Bailout= N4.4 billion;
*Micro and Medium Scale Enterprises
Development Fund= N2 billion;
*Rice Production= N2 billion.
The Leader of the House, Joseph Nwaobasi, read the letter from the
governor and it was unanimously
adopted as a working document.
