Politics / Re: Igbo Quit Notice: Apologise To All Nigerians... North Central APC Youths Demand by gprincead(m): 7:38pm On Jun 11, 2017
They shouldn't. Nigeria is not one, has never been one and will never be one. Amalgamation of Nigeria was a big mistake that must be corrected sooner or later.

All Igbo's investing all over Nigeria, this is a warning. Keep building estates all over Nigeria when u can't point to any building belonging to an Hausa man in Onitsha as big as it is. Even Dangote with all his investments all over Africa has no single investment in south East despite the fact that Igbo's patronise him most. Think Home, think Home. Asaba, Awka, Owerri, Umuahia, Nnewi, Enugu, Abakaliki, Aba and even PH will give u massive return on your investment and u can sleep with two eyes closed.

They said that South East is Landlocked, yes we may be landlocked but not Air locked. North is also land locked. It may interest you to know that Switzerland is also landlocked but one of the best country in the world. Anambra is already building cargo airport. Its time to go home.

ITS TIME TO GO HOME

And babachair Lawal that an already concluded investigation indicted to have stolen 500 million naira is still walking free.
Until there is equity and fairness in Nigeria, Niger delta militants will not stop, Ipob will not stop. Very useless and confused country.

Romance / Re: Should I Be Worried ? by gprincead(m): 7:59am On Mar 12, 2017
In your early 20s. Still a student. From your post I think you are talking of serious relationship. My friend your future must be your priority now. I'm not trying to sound like your parents or over sabi but since u do meet girls just that its either u don't love them deeply or they don't love u either, its ok. Channel other energy to building a formidable future for urself. Why I'm saying this is because, even if u fall in love now, there is a high tendency that you are going to end up with a broken heart cos the girl may not be able to wait until you are ready to settle down.

Romance / Re: ... Why Ladies Can't Settle With A Broke Guy by gprincead(m): 7:44pm On Mar 06, 2017
Ask4Info:
Whenever i see on social media the way guys rain insults on ladies especially those who bluntly say they can't settle with a broke guy, or those who insist on marrying a well to do guy, or even see unmarried ladies in their 30s and 40s, i can't just help but marvel at the caliber of insults reigned on the female gender.

Now, before you misunderstand me, i am not advocating for young or mature ladies to be gold diggers or too selective, but really, why should a lady who earns LEGALLY building a career or skill over the years suddenly settle for someone who is not only currently broke but without no determination to improve his current status.
Your English is so bad dude. Wait again...what's that u claim of doing? Sourcing of best brain for multinational companies? U must be kidding me.

My career path has taken me far and wide and as someone who has been privileged to source for brains and manpower for small, medium and multinational companies i will layout some extremely bitter but true facts of statistics gotten over the years from direct surveys:

* Most Human Resource Executives WANT more females to feel the vacant jobs they have than their male counterparts due to the following reasons:

i) Female are more dedicated and tend to stay longer than their male counterparts in an organization.

ii) Females on the average are more trustworthy than males.

iii) Females tend to build on a specific career path over very long time than a men who are usually motivated by money and tend to change careers over the years.

iv) Females are usually more satisfied with a salary range over time than males who usually determined for increase in salaries within short period of time.

Now the above was basically to point out a few points why we have more working class ladies than men (on satistics of employed individuals across certain counteries. Nigeria included).

If we now go to the Blue collar job, the above will almost likely be the same. Most people tend to prefer to patronize females than males because of issues such: Delay in delivery, Lies, Bullying, Poor Customer Service amongst many others.

If we now go to the social lifestyle; We now have more irresponsible young men now than in other generation ever. We now have the laziest of men living today than ever.

Never has there been a time when 8 out of 10 guys wake up each day and all their activities of the day, week and month circles around Gambling, Drinking, Chasing Women and Having sex randomly and moving aimlessly around with any purpose.

We now have more guys thinking it is 100% Okay to sit at home all day long while their girfriend(s ) and wife(ves) go out there under the rain and sun to make a living for the home.

Never have there been a time when a guy feels comfortable getting up from bed around 12noon, stroll down to the betting shop down the road, order for a few shot of paraga or bottle of beer, stroll down to go gist away with his fellow jobless friends, and then go back home around 11pm. He expects to get home to meet pounded yam and egusi stock with bush meat wating on the table to welcome him.

So many men now have stooped so low to stealing from their girlfriend or wife only to spend same money on another woman and his jobless friends.

Before you abuse Linda Ikeji, Genevieve or Rota Dominic of being single at their age; please ask yourself a very honest question, are you responsible enough for such women.

Yes! You might not be as rich ad your wife (i.e. Folorunsho Alakija and her husband) but what are you bringing to the table in terms of advice, emotional, mental and physical support, financial management, domestic assistance and many more.

It is not okay to just have a B.Sc and feels the world owes you a job. First degree is now going extint. Further your education, learn a skill, be responsible, watch less TV and READ MORE BOOK.

It is so pathetic are most men are just mere sper*m donors and nothing more. They will be the worst mistake to make a role model.

Women are not saints we know. But most men have decided to be followers instead of leaders due to their laziness and wrong orientation

Career / Re: Staying on my job or Further Training? by gprincead(m): 10:16am On Feb 19, 2017
My friend I understand your confusion so I want to pour out my heartfelt advise to you. One of our mistakes here is thinking that gathering certificates is proportional to success. I really don't know how educated dangote, Mark zuckerberg, bill gate, innoson, ibeto etc are. Many people are losing their jobs on daily basis and some wish if only they can get 40k job for sustainance at the moment pending when the economy will stabilize and you want to throw yours away for the sake of getting one certificate you will start carrying up and down?

Let me inform you that millions of Nigerians are working around the street with masters degree.

Now let me give you my advice.
Stay put in your job and develope a millionaire mentality.
Read books on wealth creation. e.g Think and grow Rich.
Embark on drastic saving habit. Set a time frame for a particular amount u must save and don't let anything alter it.
As you are doing these, search for better jobs. Don't get discouraged applying to as many as u can.
As your savings grow, the prospects of the economy will get clearer.
Look out for opportunities u can invest in. Don't be afraid of starting small because every iroko tree u see today was once a seedling.
With more stability u can still embark on as many studies as you wish and still be able to either stand on your own or work for whosoever u wishes.

Note: I'm not trying to underplay education. Education is very important but trying to equate certification to financial success may leave u more frustrated at the end.

All the best.

So unfortunate and unprofessional. Guess those criticizing USA for refusing to sell arms to Nigeria will now see the level of inhumanity in Nigeria

Listen to him. " it is a little bit disturbing "

Killing over 100 innocent civilians is a little bit disturbing. No wonder they don't blink while shooting peaceful ipob demonstrators.
