Sprintx24: Guys please this thing has started again, I have followed the below steps as described by a loving fellow (I think it was Jboixxx) here some time ago but it has refused to clear. Please I need your assistance.. Thanks anyone.
This was the step I used but it has refused to clear:
Settings > Additional Settings > Language and Inputs > Test-to-speech output > Google Text-to-speech output (click on the gear icon) > instal voice data > select the language you wish to disable > disable the download button.
House: please, if you see any post that attempts to solve a genuine and impt query, just share it for reference sake. You might need it later.
Please help out guys... Thanks! This one is different. Go to settings - Installed apps - download manager - clear cache and data |

meks007: Please does anyone know how to turn off this "female for English" thing? Settings - Additional settings - Language and Input - Text to speech Engine - tap the settings icon beside Google Text to speech Engine - Install Voice data - English (United Kingdom) - then cancel the download. Also, on the same page you have 'install voice data', tap 'settings for Google Text to speech Engine' and uncheck everything. |

Goodnuel: Boss..
I'd like to order the Redmi note 4x on my own but I have some issues.. it's been long I used AE..
pls,
*Can I still pay directly through my bank using a visa card?? Cos I saw an alipay option there.. Which is better??
*Can you give me a link of a credible seller on AE..
Thanks You can pay directly with your supported visa and master cards, but it's better to use Alipocket. You can buy the phone from Dreami store, SmartGo store, Xioami online store, ET store, etc. Just go for the cheapest offer. |

Meanwhile I need quote for Mi note 2 thanks Someone changed the screen of his Redmi 3s today, we have parts much more than any local player in Nigeria actually. There are parts for virtually everything, fingerprint scanner, battery, phone housing, mouth piece and earpiece speakers, etc. |

Franky826: true. very true. read about an Indian guy complaining on GSM arena how he was denied unlocking his device bootloader and when mi finally unlocked it he tried updating the updates they pushed and his phone lost the root access .that he has to re-root everytime he updates. but GSM arena folks can be funny and sometimes lie! so I brought this to the bosses on this forum to get guidance.
meanwhile another guy complained he has conflicts when and after updating his phone as some of his apps that requires root stops working. When you update your Xioami phone, you normally lose root access, but it depends on the version of TWRP you have I think. I updated recently via OTA and am still rooted. Modified : Sorry for the delay misinformation, I actually lost root access, am not rooted anymore, haven't checked since the update.
