Yea ejected the SIM tray twice.

The problem just start when i dey surf web in my free time, i notice say connection just hang stop. I being dey yab airtel say thier network bad. It later turn out that the SIM itself is off.

So since then i've been trying. Though i saw a solution for the problem, but it was for the MTK.

Just try and confirm if d sim works sha, and I believe it's the part that shares same port for memory card you are having issues with, still try inserting a memory card.

What can one do to improve the MI Redmi note4x's picture quality?

By holding the phone well while snapping, and also know the conditions to snap and expect a good result, when you snap indoors with poor light without flash, the shutter speed automatically reduces drastically to enable enough light into camera, at this point, handshake is not needed, and if the object you are snapping moves, then you get a blurred image even though your hand is steady. Also expect alot of noise because the iso also increases automatically

Sorry for your loss.

That system busy icon on my Redmi 3s Prime drives me nuts! Whenever it comes on, everything else has to wait even the browser. I never experienced that with my Mi 4 until boys move am for go-slow. Then my Google keyboard takes a little time to come up whenever I want to type on the browser. Any clues? That's even why I'm looking to upgrade to the RN4X hoping that I won't meet that busy sign there too. If not for coins I for jus go back to my Mi & 8series chipsets.

That looks like auto synchronisation.

waxxydude:

GrandMufti:
You are backing up the virus?

Since you are not sure about the source of the virus, backup only your documents/media files. Copy the backed up file to an external drive, then factory reset. Do not backup apps. Scan the copied backed up file with an Antivirus (Laptop preferably) before copying it back to your phone.

I also think there is an app installed, causing the adverts to pop up.

scotweezy:
The upper mid-range and the lower range phones do have but the flagships don't. E.g. Mi5, Mi5s, Mi5 plus, Mi Note 2, Mi6, Mi Mix to the best of my knowledge don't have FM radio.
The likes of Redmi 3/3s/3x, Redmi Note 3/3i/3 pro, Redmi 4/4x/4a/4 prime, Redmi Note 4/4x/MTK, Redmi Pro, Mi max, Mi max 2 All have FM radio.
Interestingly, based on personal test the FM radio on the Redmi Note 4 SD version can work without Earphone but the signal will be poor compared to using Earphone.

Guess you are absolutely correct about the flagships, completely ignored them.

This store is getting bigger .

Bookiemart01:
I want d "latest". I currently use the note 3 pro. 3gb/32gb variant. I don't want the note 4

This ya love for your note 3 pro ehn . Blike you go wait for Mi 6s ooo . Abi you go consider Oneplus 5?

sapien:
Wow. Good one.

I was looking up the review on various sites, and I saw FM radio N/A(Not Available).

Thanks for the timely info.

Many of those sites don't provide every info available for all devices. All Xioami phones I have seen come with FM radio, it does not even need a head set to work, just that the signal won't be as strong as when you plug in a headset.

Baroba:
Hello friends, I have just moved data from a 4a to 4X, for some reason it wouldn't let me move apps; is there an app that does this, i can be bothered re installing apps one after the other, far too many of them..

That's the job of Mi Mover, you don't have to move a thing with any third party app. Goto settings - Additional settings - Mi Mover. The phone you are transferring to is the recipient. .

Zlaitan:

Xiaomi phones don't come with any accessory, you'll have to make a separate order for those, don't forget to get a good earpiece too .

echepops:
please help, my Redmi Note 3 is displaying -2% battery, what could be the problem and solution? Thanks.

Maybe battery calibration, but this is indeed hilarious, have you tried simple steps like rebooting? You can also update your rom if possible.

Ochima75:
