Hello sir, initially, you told us on this forum in January you have an OND in a computer related program and decided to go for Undergraduate degree. Now you are saying you have Bsc in Computer science, going for PGC. Which should we believe?

You also mentioned on this forum some times back you worked in a manufacturing company since 2011 for about 7 years and then the company had issues and closed down. Is the manufacturing company your fathers or someone else's?

You also told us on this forum in August you opened a business name in support of your application, are you the owner of the business?

You need to stick to one story, which should be the truth, so we can know how to help you.

I was about giving my suggestion but my instinct just told me to read your previous posts.

I suggest you apply via the paper route because you have too many documents.

Get someone to structure and proof read your LOE for you.

I wish you all the best.
1.The journey started January when my UNI refuse to release our result due to the strike action, it was later release around late March. So now I have Bsc in Computer science 2:2

2. Yes i worked in a manufacturing company before they shut down 2017 but now am working with my Dad, and also attending different IT trainings to support my application.
Considering the academic progression and according to the guidance given by a Guru in the house, it is not reasonable to tell the VO am are working in manufacturing company unless if am going to change my course of study. Any suggestion is welcome.

3. And according to the statement I opened it in support of my application and I am the owner and I also prepare a bussiness plan to support it.

So a lot as change from January till now and that is just the brief explanation.

I hope you can now give your input.

Hi,
I think I know the issue here.

Can you please prove to me that your programme is actually pgd. Asides from the pgd issue..., If you can do that tonight, I will help you to decipher the red flags in your documents.

I am pretty sure you didn't apply this application yourself whilst is absolutely not an issue
My program is actually PGC, typo error not PGD, and I apply for the application myself though with the help of one of a Guru in the house.

Please I need an urgent advice. I applied on 18th of September. I received another mail on the 19th to check my account for a new message... After logging in to check my application status... I saw confirmation of submission as the heading, I then went on to download the PDF. My thoughts were it's just a confirmation correspondence. When applying I uploaded all documents accordingly including the data page of my passport. I'm kinda confused because I haven't gotten a Biometrics instruction letter up till this moment. I don't know what's going on.
Pls, see image below.
I applied the same date 18th September no biometrics request mail till now.

Hi, biometrics request mail/instruction letter is usually sent 24-48hours after application for new applications but for reapplication it is automatically reflected in your account.
you will hold on a little to get it if your application is a new one but if it didn't come I think you should send them a webform requesting for it.
It's a new application.

I am pretty sure your resumption is not fall term perhaps, my dinky advise, wait for the CAC to be readily available.
You're dealing with highly bureaucratic people, so please just chill.

CAC certificate ain't just the RC number and your full names. It's a digital document just like your international passport and it also carries the Registrar- general signature.

Chill bro or you go and sort things out yourself instead of waiting for CAC. Make it real quick!
Thanks bro........ I will work on sorting it out

Good day house.
Please I need advice.
I open a business name in support of my application it's over 2 month now the certificate is not out, so am thinking of using the approval mail from CAC which shows the RC number and the company name.

Frankrobbn1:
Hello gr8full2God,

I noticed you have asked this question countless times on this thread and no one attempted to answer you. Sorry about that!. cool

First and foremost, I'll start by congratulating you on your admission into the university. In respect to your questions, Age has never pose to be a point at issue to a study visa to Canada so long as you can carefully account for your study gaps and explain reasonably what you've been up-to until this date, What made you not to further your education until now?, What makes you think that you can cope with the stringent Canadian system of education if paradventure you're been extended the privilege to study in Canada? All of these must be well substantiated in a logical modus operandi in your SOP. Taking into account the fact that you're going for a computer science program which is reasonable in light with your OND certificate in computer engineering, your chances are halfway. For this reason, I would suggest you say after your OND, you had too many options for studies but was not sure which one to choose. You never wanted to settle for something less just for the sake of earning a degree. You made so many efforts to further your undergraduate studies here in Nigeria but all attempts proved abortive as you were been offered a program you had no interest in. Ever since then, you've been working in the IT department as a programmer in your father's company. Your sole intention of doing this, is to spend some time in the business to understand what area that needs improvement and focus. Having worked there since 2011 till date, you discovered that the IT sector is the area that needs more improvement. With this discovery, you now made up your mind to further your studies abroad (Canada) so as to continue with your passion in the ever growing and unprecedented field of IT and potentially enhance your capabilities towards managing your father's business by applying new technologies in order to yield a remarkable result in the business and for her clients. Additionally, include professional certifications like C++, Java, Data Structure, and other programming languages... this will satisfy the visa officer that you're truly a bonafide applicant and have been following your passion since you last left school.

Attached is a screenshot from an applicant who is 51 years of age, going for a Post secondary diploma and got his study permit approved earlier last year 2018 and also an applicant on this reputable thread whose wife got approved in October, 2018 with huge study gaps. So it's very possible you can get yours as well only with a convincing letter.

On the other hand, you need to provide a notarized affidavit explaining the discrepancy between your dad's name and yours. Perhaps, you could put the blame on the typist while processing your dad's document.

Please note that the information on how you can cover up for your study gaps as drafted by me is a guide and musn't be plagiarized. grin. You may wish to add more/remove some points to what I have written.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out here, should you require further guidance.
...I really appreciate your response, I will work hard on the SOP and give it my best shot. Am greatful for ur response
