IRCC has an update on medicals. If your medical is less than six months to it's expiration, you have to book for another one to be able to come to Canada.

1. Your Medicals is valid for 365 days. i.e 1 year.. After a year, you are expected to do another one...

2. To answer this, will ask a question. When is the said Passport expiring?

Anytime from 6am, it's first come first served and not by appointment

The truth is that both have worked for different people at different times.
No two applications are the same. Believe and faith is another that works or goes a long way.
So use your style as long as you cover all grounds or concerns of the VO.

You can quickly go for your national i.d card. You will get it in a day. its very fast
