Please I need you guys to help me with answers please, a Tecno Pova neo that was bought in March went blind while charging, it did not fall and there was no type of impact, it was left to charge but when it was checked 30 minutes later, it was blind.
Different chargers were used but it didn't show anything, and it also refused to come up, it was kept inside a Bible for minutes and later after over 10 seconds of holding down the power button, it came up normal and now charging.
It may sound funny but please those that have experienced such issues should help with answers should the issue resurface please don't say we should be using the Bible everytime please 🥺.
Phone engineers please help out!

Wat is the difference between andriod 8 9 and 13 I see no difference except for apps that u can install on 8 that won't work on 9 and 13 I used to have virtual tennis on my andriod 6 but if I run on it on 8 it will crash on andriod 13 don't even mention e no go open. What kind of useless OS is that because I have new andriod OS I cannot use app of 2012 is that not stupidity. Gullible people will buy it. Today's making a week I got the 10 Pro at 118,900.

So far the only thing I'm not satisfied with is the Battery, on lite use (WIFI) it lasted just 19 hours, I expected longer time. When I got 5 Pro for my sister 2 years ago, on lite use battery can go for 24hrs+


I'm yet to installed heavy software and games... Aside from that, it's dawn ok for the price.


This is my first time of getting tecno for myself, I'm Samsung fan... The 10 pro spec was tempting, I need that 256 ROM badly. I'm not a Cam fan, but I'm impress with the cam.

I'm sure they will rectify the issue if it is from their end

Good morning all, I just got Tecno POP 6 for my daughter so that she can reach me whenever I am not around.
The issue now is that the front flash light is not working whenever we are doing video call.
Is it that POP 6 front flash doesn't work for video call or I didn't know how to operate it. Please help
