PoliticsRe: How Saraki Blackmailed INEC Boss In Order To Halt Dino's Recall- SaharaReporters by Gravas(m): 10:12am On Jul 14, 2017
bolethings:
If this is true which I find it hare to dispute. Does it means the Prof himself is corrupt? Buhari obviously didn't make the right choices at all. The President is destroying his legacy with the appointment of all these guys who have questions to answer.
The damage has bn done already. The moment PMB started making appointments late 2015, political experts gave the verdict that, this administration will be a failure. He has just succeeded in causing damage to his own personal integrity by appointing crooks into his govt. It is sad.

The court said maintain status quo... it didn't ask INEC to stop, INEC should continue and say they'remaintaining status quo...simple
And to think the same INEC, at the start of this week, said they will go ahead with the recall exercise, only to make a u-turn is just baffling. Well, we are gradually seeing the bunch of dummies in this administration. The INEC Chairman is one of them. Easily intimidated.
PoliticsRe: How Saraki Blackmailed INEC Boss In Order To Halt Dino's Recall- SaharaReporters by Gravas(m): 9:45am On Jul 14, 2017
More than half of Buhari's appointments are questionable. He really made serious mistakes in his appointments.

magoo10:
This governments have the worst ministers in the history of Democratic governments in Nigeria, ministers should form the back bone of a government and defend the government in critical sectors of the economy by speaking boldly and defending the aims and objectives of the government with actions.

In this case the ministers are liars or dummies who can't move to make meaningful contributions to the society, and to think that it took the dullard months to appoint them is to say the least shameful

This govt is a failed project
Buhari's cabinet is full of dummies my brother. Bunch of confused folks with no clear leadership plan.
PoliticsRe: It Is Wrong To Lump Middle Belt With The North ―ASOMBEN Chairman by Gravas(m): 5:53pm On Jul 11, 2017
Why are some people so much disturbed by this decision? As far as geograghy/history are concerned, places are carved and named by man. Maps are drawn. They don't come from heaven. Those who want to get stucked in backward thinking are free to continue to show their ignorance and stupidity as well as arrogance. You can not force people to stay with you. Time changes things. And this is 2017. They are welcome to the realities of the 21st century.

The truth! Infact, a very perfect truth. I love this comment so much.

That was why they coin out an ungeographical name call "NORTH CENTRAL" thats has no direct bearing to what we originaly know as "MIDDLE BELT" i'll always refer to that part of the country as Middle Belt as North never get any center to hold on to but the Mid-lands have a Belt.

I know Middle Belt very well but North Central i does not know, just the handy work of IBB and his minions. grin
Thanks. That is what we have been saying here. We say no to the evil categorization of North Central. We say no to political subjugation. We want to carve our own identity and change our political destiny.

Come 2019, let there be a level playing ground. People will be terribly shocked. The North are in for a surprise. They have taken the rest of us for granted for too long. Time is up. Indeed, interesting times lie ahead.

MrHowto:
There opinion many will disagree them. Two regions exist in Nigeria south and north. Nothing like middle belt. Except if you want to join southern Nigeria.
MrHowto.
What exactly are you trying to tell us? That the question of Middle Belt identity is not realistic or realizable or what? Do you think there was a country called Nigeria before the arrival of the Europeans? Don't you know of countries which are now in existence and on the world map but which were hitherto not in existence? For your information, geopolitical entities are carved by man not by God. Political maps are drawn after borders are clearly marked. They don't come down from heaven. Lastly, i think you are from the east. Why then are you so much obsessed with the issue of Middle Belt identity? This is our quest. I think you are trying to tell us indirectly that, we should join Biafra instead. Is that?

It is rather unfortunate that the Northern power drunkards are still thinking backward. They think we are still in the 60s, 70s or 80s but this is 2017. Dear North, welcome to reality.

Is it just me or am i wasting my time with a hallucinating lunatic?
You are conspicuously the nincompoop utterly bereft of fundamental comprehension skills.
You are here pointing out people who failed Jamb and lack quality education, whereas the masses of your Hausa-fulani people are hopelessly wallowing in the abyss of illiteracy and horrendous poverty, with Hausa-fulani states leading the pack with the highest illiteracy and poverty rates in Nigeria, similar to Niger republic and Somalia.
So much for 'educated and enlightened people'.
No need for extraneous essays anymore. It is simple and official.
Most middlebelters are no longer interested in sharing the same social identity and destiny with Hausa-fulanis.
You guys speak for yourselves alone and we speak for ourselves alone. I hope there are no more arguments in this regard!
Very good conclusion. We hv passed the era of intimidation. We are no longer in the 60s/70s. We don't want again. Simple.
PoliticsRe: Middle Belt Won’t Follow North If Nigeria Splits – Jerry Gana by Gravas(m):
Nowenuse. Am happy you have come to this conclusion. I was about telling you and mujtahida to stop wasting your time, energy and intelligence, trying to educate average morons who not only insists on being daft, but at the same time irritatingly display arrogance and sheer madness with a veil of intimidation. Mujtahida has clearly explained the origin of the categorization of the country into geopolitical zones, but the nincompoops are still insisting on an outdated arrangement. They are ignorant of the fact that, the 1999 Constitution (as amended) has nothing like geopolitical zones.

This is commendable. A right step in the right direction. There is need to return History to school curriculum.

Very soon, the world will start hearing from us. The scales of slavery is gradually falling from the eyes of the youths.
If the overall middlebelt identity doesn't work, then we will form something else.

At the end of the day, northern minorities must have our own unique identity. Enough of this Arewa nonsense.
This is what we hv bn telling them since morning when this thread was created. But they are finding it extremely difficult to accept. But this is the reality. The game has changed. All we are saying is we don't want again.

True words.

It's about time we carved our own identity, which won't be a difficult feat to achieve.

A good number of our people already identify as middlebelters, not northerners. All that's left is to change the political categorisation.

To think our politicians allowed this to happen in the first place, I must admit that I am disappointed.

The next move shall be to get them to withdraw from membership of the ACF and form a united middlebelt front instead.
It is baffling as to how and why the evil categorization of Middle Belt as North Central was allowed by our politicians. As a matter of urgency, we the current generation say no to this. We are Middle Belters by natural design. Nobody should compel us to go North. Time to make our identity clear. Let us prevail on Federal Lawmakers from Middle Belt to effect this change of name.

There is an urgent need for Middle Belt to be more vocally vociferous.
