Reading culture is no longer cherished by the people of today, especially, the youths. Here on NL, when a new thread is created, you see a bunch of unintelligent people, both youths and adults, falling over each other and peeing in their pants for FTC or FP. They don't take little time to read through before commenting. We need to encourage reading culture. Well done op. |
AfricanApple:I will do that. |
The issue of ATPs has been discussed for quite sometime. The country's judicial system favours the rich only. There is no justice for the poor. |
The trial of Saraki at CCT was a political reaction from some powerful forces because of his election as SP. It was politically motivated with the sole aim of bringing him to submission, and not to convict him. As it stands now, the war against corruption appears to be nothing but a sham. The FG should better sit up. |
AfricanApple:NL is really boring these days. But this should continue. |
lexy2014:Actually, what i mean is that, he has chosen to hear the advice of only his kinsmen. It would have been a different case if had chosen to reason with his Vice on key issues from the beginning. |
Demons in human form. This is what they hv been doing all over the country. Slaughtering people in the homes and farms, abducting women, destroying properties. Yet the FG is silent. |
Am with you on this campaign to eliminate ignorance, mediocrity and outright timidity among our fellow youths. Many have already settled for a life of sycophancy and mediocrity. |
lexy2014:That's true. Buhari has really messed up. And this opportunity was presented to him on a platter of gold. Tribalism is not good. |
sarrki:Welcome. |
mrrights:Thanks. Some of us are really worried. These small boys are not ready to learn anything. All they think about is how to get quick money. |
sarrki:Thank u. This is why everybody on this forum like u. Your ability and willingness to listen and reason makes u stand out on this forum. |
TonyeBarcanista:This is what we are trying to observe. But some people will not think beyond party. By the way, am pro APC. But we have to make the right observations. |
aolawale025:The administration is full of mediocre minds. This is a fact. Right from the day the administration was unveiled, a lot of political experts gave the verdict that PMB will fail. There are some morons who are not supposed to part of this govt. But up till now, they are there. |
UnchangeableGod:I should have started from here. Weldone. |
UnchangeableGod:Weldone. Very matured response. |
UnchangeableGod. Kudos for taking time to enlighten some fellows. I was a strong supporter of PMB and APC in the last general elections. My hope was hinged on the fact that, PMB will, at least, reduce the corruption in our country Nigeria. And i have carefully been following events in this regard for the past 2 yrs. And now, i have stated my opinion based on my careful and unbias observations. Those who are quoting me and asking questions should, pls, pause and reflect on this issue objectively, with an open and unbias mind. Something is wrong somewhere. And pls, those who are insinuating that, my comments above are based on tribal sentiments should understand that, am from MB not SE. They should check my handle and history. I can give them my other handle as well. This one is a bit new. |
From the look of things, i would not be surprised if the SC pass their judgement in favour of Makarfi. And i will personally be glad. APC needs to be whipped daily to sit up. |
Why start with Leo Ogor? Eh! Why not start with Dogara? Why? Am starting to believe that, the war against corruption is tilted in a particular direction. Is this drummed campaign really a hoax? Everyone is aware of the endemic and systematic corruption in the NASS. Both chambers are guilty. Their leaders cannot be innocent either. |
If this govt can tackle those areas presented by CAN, they will win back the confidence of the masses. As it stands, people are highly skeptical of the APC led FG. |
Very good idea. |
I will patiently wait for the remaining 2 years and subsequently, 2019. |
Good one by Mark Gbillah. Let us have a federal development commission in the Central geopolitical zone. This is a very sound presentation. As for fulani herdsmen, whether FG will declare them as terrorists or not, we all know that they are terrorists. There is nothing to hide about that. They are worst than terrorists. |
Chukwuka16. I have nothing to add but i want to say thank u for voicing out against the evil; the injustice and oppression being orchestrated by the ruling elites on the masses, and the heartrenting ignorance displayed by some youths by worshipping and praising their oppressors. Kindly check my posts and you will discover that you are not the only one angry about the stupidity and utter ignorance displayed on NL. There is no gain saying that, the same thinking you see on this forum is what is lived in real life. It's a pity. We shall do our best to educate the indomie generation and cure their ignorance. You can send me pm and i will reply and give you my other handle where, you can see the efforts am making. I have created that handle solely for this purpose. Thanks. |
Rexology. Don't worry. The thread will not die. It is rather unfortunate NL prefers to talk about celebrities and all that. Back to the topic. When PMB was inaugurated in 2015, he was so happy that he forgot to calm down and strategize. He mistakenly assumed things will not be difficult to fix. But this is democracy. He allowed his zeal to betray him. He didn't know things were so bad. And he started by trying to show he was now a civilian by failing to influenced leadership in the NASS. A rich and crafty boy emerged as the head in that arm of govt. PMB taught he could work with anybody. But politicians are never honest. PMB should hv known this. Anyway, now, am sure he know better. Corruption had taken roots and was even flowering at all levels, with a serious damage. Things were all in a mess. PMB was not aware of the extent of the damage. He taught things could easily be fixed. Whatever intentions he had, he is now on the verge of being overwhelmed. The effect is telling on his health. May God help us. |
I agree with you TOTALLY. I hv mentioned them in my posts this evening. |
This case was wrongly pursued. By the way, the case was politically initiated. If not, there is no way that man would hv bn left off the hook. And then the many underhand deals as alleged by SR. PMB made a huge mistake by failing to stop that guy on the move. Now, come 2019, Saraki is gonna determine so many things. He will be a game changer. Talk about money influence. |
sarrki:It is very uncertain. Very very dim. Thank u for the above observation. |
Investigations on his allegations have just commenced. Why not wait for the outcome of the investigations? What if his allegations are found to be true? |
Clarlifying issues of this nature is the work of legal luminaries. The CJN and AGF should try and shed light on this issue. |
Why some people insists on being so stupid really beats my imagination. There are too many fools on NL. Here, the OP has taken the intellectual pains to compose a very sound piece with the intention of waking up the youths. And the next thing. Some senile ones, without even reading through since they are mentally deranged, are already manifesting what i may term early stage dementia. Too many dumb kids on NL. This should hv bn an opportunity for them to learn. But alas, indomie brain will not allow them do that. What a lost generation! |
chiwetaluAGU:Don't be daft! A very serious issue is been tabled and u ar messing around here. This is not jokes section. |
