I do not support your friend's behavior....neither do I totally condemn it cos when people want to borrow, they are like angels but paying back...they are something else. When did you promise to refund the money? How long have you failed to do so? Did you try reaching your friend and having a deep conversation as to what is really going on why you could not pay back at the time agreed? Young man, you don't know what your friend went through to loan you that money, the money might not even be his and maybe you are not handling the whole issue properly.
