For the Unilag caregiving program, WES does not usually accept short courses under 1 year unless the school confirms it is a formal diploma program. You need to ask Unilag if the certificate is recognized as a 1-year program with transcript. Without transcript, WES may not accept it. Be careful before paying.

For your wife’s 3rd class public health degree, WES will still evaluate it as a Bachelor’s degree. Class of degree does not affect WES result. They only check level, not grade.

For French, yes you can reach pass mark in 6 months if you study well.

Very possible. Get learning resources and start practicing. You're not going to be tested on core/deeper knowledge of French language for TEF/TCF, it's just the basic knowledge.

Secondly most times no single people or family hold those land, how do they navigate buying land from 5- to 10 people around the same spot.
What if someone among them doesn't want to sell. And the land is a viable land
