Seeking clarification here. 300k to 500k per acre or per plot?

But na inside bush

@n3xt
This question is specifically for you.
And a one who can help answer it.
Lands in epe axis for agriculture cost between 1.5m or so per acre.
This is around at Augustine university.
But most factories and farmers choose to go to Ogun state, some places as far as 3 hours drive to Lagos.
Lands there cost 300k to 500k per acre.

Pls I will will to ask why people take that decision
Knowing fully well that cost of transportation to Lagos will tell

The cost of Building a warehouse is dependent on the location, design, construction material ( steel & concrete ) and the type of finishes.

For the attached we budgeted 100m.

quote author=LorenzoGiovanni post=105829425]Cost of building warehouse in Nigeria

Hello

I'm out of Nigeria and thinking about an investment to make, currently I'm thinking about investing in a warehouse. Anyone with an idea or a rough estimate on the cost of building say 5,000sqm warehouse. Land size isn't the issue.

Will really be helpful
Boss how many meter square is this warehouse sir ?

We are discussing warehouse.

The OP need an idea of what he’d spend to construct a 5,000sqm warehouse.

I’m thinking something between N300 - 400m. What do you think sir?
Jesusssssss

Lol
I was thinking a ware house of 3000m3 shouldn't be more than 50m lol.

For example one can use cost by using sheets in stead of break and motar

Beside Intl breweries, not so far from the Inter change, there is a farming community there where they plant Cassava, Yam, Corn as well as some Oil Palm. From what i could observe, i wasn't able to spot any activites of Herdsmen there but i am sure if you get there you can ask people familiar with the terrain.

I choose not to use the place for beekeeping primarily because there were a few real estate companies springing up here and there. But it is still a farming community.
Boss
This is on the sagamu axis. ?
Thank you so much boss for always answering my questions

Talking about outright sales, yes there are. But the prices are just like normal plot of land...

Because these areas are already trying to develop.

They are inbetween ikorodu, Epe, Ijebu ode and Ajah is across the other side of the river.

So thats it
Pls how much is an acre of land
Agricultural land around that ijebu ode axis

you know how painful is it to pay for what you know nothing about? 70k out of my pocket in this Buhari time haba! I don try na.. funny enough I still paid this oga 65k two weeks ago for a business transaction. Like I said I don’t much to say about this any longer. Make it sound like he gave me a contract is very annoying…

Check the attached conversation.. me thinking am doing a Favour not knowing it will turn out this way..

He finalized with the guy I wasn’t aware. He told me he will like to pay through my account since he doesn’t know the guy much… innocently I accepted. Same minutes I forwarded the money to the Borelhole guy… you can see the way I was even begging him not to disappoint.

Seems
Elder egunmogaji even called the borehole guy and the guy said he is scared of going back cos of cops.
If y'all ban work on sending the guy back to the site.
It will solve this headache.
Micgray calling you out as a scammer is not it.
But people attacking him either are more wrong.
Working on a solution will help alot.

When he said this. You didn't deny it.
I have nothing against you at all.

But I just don't like how people are attacking the guy.
This is something that can be solved easily.
Spyder started it by donating money to the guy.
People don't have to donate money to him

But things like
Can you give more time to solve this
Etc

BIGGIE121:
I think you people are looking at the whole borehole saga in a biased way, the question we should be asking is why did oga twinskenny allow any payment go through him in the first place ( that was his mistake, if not he wouldn't be in this Situation of name calling in an uncivilized manner).

By allowing the first payment go through him, he already pledge himself to the success of the job, so when the job went South he should not be exonerated.

Oga micgray100
Forget about the fact that money went through him

He collected 50k interest from the job

People here are biased.
If it was someone else
They would have attacked that person
I remember when next was having issue here.

The fact that money went through him and he also took 50k commission from the job
Makes him liable for the damage.
He didn't render here here guys
He rendered a service
