I didn't attend the programme but I have done acupuncture a coupla times and a believer.
1. It helps blood blow to the uerus. Removes stagnant blood especially for those with endo
2. Helps balance the body
3. Said to aid build healthy endometrum (as an effect of no. 1) and aid implantation,
3. Frankly my best part, helps me relax. The regular acupuncture not the electro acupuncture gets me 100%relaxed. I imagine if the uterus is calm it will be more receptive.

Good day everyone.
i have been absent from this thread for so long, I would not even try to start catching up for now.
Somebody liked may post from almost 6 years and drew my attention back to the the post.

I can add so much to this post but some of the things I would say would be hard to believe by the ordinary person.

1. Stop washing your plates or even clothes with detergents use plain water. You may soak your clothes in hot water and drop a teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda in the water.

2. If you can distill the water you drink and cook with , do so. Otherwise filter your water as there may be may harmful substances such as pesticides and heavy metals.
Look into investing in the inexpensive clay filter.

3. Avoid plastics from coming into contact with your food or water, some plastics are worst than others but avoid doing things us as cooking moi moi wrapped in polyethene bags, or cooking your moi moil in plastic bags.

4. Avoid taking medicines and drugs where possible and seek alternative natural / native medicines.

5. Do not bath with soap or gel or wash your hair with shampoo - just use plain water with a teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda, with a scrub clean your body mechanically.
You would be amazed at the results you would have better skin as you body would produce less oils, no body odour , I can attest tho these changes - I even have almost no ear wax now.

6. Get rid of all make up and deodorant, all toiletries and hair products unless you could find natural organic alternatives.

7. I can go on but I would stop for now as I am a little busy right now.

8. Do not take any vaccinations.

9.Do not spray your bedroom for mosquitos, the spray is harmful to breath, instead invest in mosquito nets for all your windows in your home and also for your bed.

Although this may sound strange, do not ever take a HIV test - HIV/AIDS is a fraud that is run my the West to destroy Africa, if you live healthy and take precautions against falling ill you would never fall ill. Ttc especially this thread has given me so much support, all I think am going thru some one has seen better or worse, so coming here is one great relief from ttc anxiety.
At a point I told my mum the devil is making my DH disinterested in bd especially during my fertile window, but when I hear others recounting thier ordeal I no am not alone and just look up to God.
Redeemed I had to snap at a woman for calling me out for ttc prayer in church, told her God sees everywhere and stopmaking me d cynosure of everyone.
4 Real let's keep on praying for direction, if it's surgery that God will touch DH,s and convince him.

Invested in a smoothie maker, which I use everyday experimenting with herbs veg, spices etc
Stocked up on ACV and BSM for daily intake as well as other supplements geared towards making my reproductive organs unbearable for fibroids in preparation for my fine boys.
Read up online a lot and my visit to the womb setter in Epe was due to the oyinbos online talking about Mayan massage.
Even the ginger, alligator combo from here too is still at work.
To the question of lumpy drops during AF, I'd say I never noticed o, nothing extraordinary came out o, just God at work
As someone already did clean tampon and Gbao are d same. I'd used Fohow product b4 and I stopped but when the womb setter in Epe was now referring me to it, went back online and went to their head office.
