BlueAngel444 you have a bright future here, a very bright future.

The potentials are there for all to see and it wouldn't be a bad idea to pen down a five-year contract with this reputable franchise.

Are you single? I am Griffon, and I am in charge of the enrollments.

We urgently need a replacement for matic to make sure fab stays glued to the bench when we up against serious teams. He should only get the chance to come in during second half....
Nah. I still need Cesc here, just not in a 3-4-3. That has been my point from Day 1.

He can feature alongside Baka and Kante against the big guns in a 3-5-2 setup. That's steel and creativity in our midfield.

Conte should do his thing.

If not for anything, I am glad I still have Kante to tumble Pogba and Bakayoko to punch Matic.

Herrera can have his way with Cesc for all I care. They can settle their fight the Spanish way.

Abramovich na pusssy though.

WTF does he mean by reward for service?

This isn't a governmental institution where staffs are rewarded with pensions after years of illustrious service.

If he wants to reward Matic for services rendered, he should get him a home in Ibiza or better still, throw up an 0rgy party for him in his personal yatch with 50 Serbian hoes in attendance.

You can't afford to be strengthening your direct rival all in the name of 'honouring a player'. WTF!

Imagine Matic, Herrera and Pogba under Jose. That's a damn title winning midfield.

I am fvcking pissed right now. I need a glass of Jack Daniels or something.

Exactly, peeps making noise that Matic shouldn't be sold.
No one is saying this. Our wish was pretty simple, If Matic must be sold, let's not make the mistake of replacing him with Cesc just because the latter can create something out of nothing.

The club understood where we were coming from and got us Bakayoko.

EOD.

Numerical advantage.

The exact same thing happened in Matic vs Arsenal In the FA Cup, Matic vs Manyoo away, Matic vs Spurs.

Defensively there's not a lot you can do in a 2 man midfield where your spare man is at centre back.

Offensively though, Matic brought nothing to the team. Nothing at all.
Bar these games, I have seen Matic and Kante manage to stand their ground even while at a numerical disadvantage.

The duo knew when to wait to press out the opposition to the wings from a deeper position and when to push up and press early. That's pure CM play, playing to reject space.

You could outnumber and have more of ball possession against the Kante-Matic pivot but you still don't have the day.

That's the difference.

It's something Cesc can't do. He isn't a brute, doesn't possess the needed physique, energy or Kante-esque yams to carry out the basic function of a CM.

I doubt if there's any Fab fanboy here that likes the fella as much as I do but I'll be silly to have him in a two man midfield ahead of Matic who evidently can fare nicely even as a lone DM.

Kennedy was misunderstood

Bleep (as in Oh my God) China (in China, as per location) Wake up (referring to the man)...

His case is a typical one of miscommunication that's why most folks with public eye (media) on them have a PR, or get some form of learning to communicate even body language properly cus the media can interprete anything
I doubt you know what you are saying.

Kenedy's comments had racist undertones, it is nothing close to ignorance or mis-communication.

In his first post, the video was captioned, “Porra China” in Portuguese. "Porra" was interpreted as a rude word in English while the other post showed a sleeping Chinese security guard with a comment, “Acorda China Vacilão,” which means “Wake up China.”

If this was to be a mis-communication as you claim, why didn't Kenedy come out to clear the air, why say 'sorry' instead of 'this isn't what I meant'?

Do you apologies for a mis-communication or explain your position?

I have no rods for our attack. I believe we'll be fine when the season kicks off. Pedro and Hazard's influence can't be overlooked.

I've just got my dagger for that damn Kante and Cesc pivot.

Can you all Fab fanboys come out and explain why our midfield tend to collapse each time it's Kante and Cesc vs a midfield with better steel?

Conte knew how lethargic Matic was but he still chose him in a 3-4-3 setup ahead of Fab, but you fanboys felt the don was just asslicking. Right? We told you fanboys that CM play no be by just passes but una felt we loved Cesc less.

Well, now you lot get the point. Don't you dawgs?

No point loaning a player to put him on the bench. Not sure where he fits in 3-4-3
Can't be worse than paying 33m for a forward only to make him Costa's understudy.

Sanchez will have a role to play here. It's four competitions for us this season, we need a fat squad.

The only question is where would he fit in?

He is too much of a runner to compete with Cesc and co in the CM, so I am seeing this bwoy giving Pedro, Willian and Hazard a run for their money down the flanks.

Unless they are being sampled around Europe with the sole intent of seeing their stocks rise.

Unless we are using them to threaten the integrity of the league. I read somewhere that we'd be facing a quarter of our Premier League matches next season against weakened opposition thanks to our uncanny loan deals.

Loftus-Cheek, Tammy, Brown, Zouma and Kasey won't be facing us when we square up against their respective teams, and they are all first team players.

But then again, what do I know?

Lol when we say it, den no go gree.

When Chelsea youth coach talk am, na still B.S

Conte himself don talk am now...
Talent isn't just enough, mental development and discipline are also needed, alas, these kids lack all that.

Conversely, I wonder what Eddie Newton and Paulo Ferreira are doing in their given roles as loan coaches or whatever.

They should be the ones reporting first hand to the club lads who are ready and who aren't, but the reverse seems to be the case. Infact, it seems it's just me, Bigkesh and Nateevs that knows what's up with these boys.

We keep stockpiling these kids like they have a future here, even when it is glaring clear that they are far from our level. Every window we keep hearing that one youngster has been sent out on loan. Just today, Kalas and Blackman left, the former have been here for the past 4 years but is yet to kick a ball for us in a competitive fixture. The ultimate question remains, till when?

If they aren't good enough, why not jettison them and move on?

Remember when he signalled to Conte to sub him off or hug a transformer?
My nigga you were there.

Why you con dey ask if we fans spotted it?
Ibime would tell you that leading a revolt against the manager and causing a disharmony in the team is the principal reason and not this we all saw back then.

These are two differing leading factors staring at us right now.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Griffon: 4:01pm On Jul 27, 2017
From a tactical viewpoint, could it be Costa was getting couple of things wrong while on the field of play last season which we the fans never spotted? Instructions which went entirely wrong with Conte's?

Like "Stay right in the box and don't wander around the pitch", "Press the defenders when off the ball" etc?

It is widely accepted that Costa's attitude is the principal reason Conte went through with the plan to text him "Scram", BUT just what if it was far from that? Just what if it was down to some tactical reasons?

According to Conte, Costa doesn't feature in his plans for next season. And from his interview which I put up there, Conte was seen saying this:

If you want an identity you need all players to go into your idea
What if he is really implying about his footballing ideology?

Would you agree with his decision having seen Costa net incredible goals for the club in our two title winning seasons?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Griffon: 3:39pm On Jul 27, 2017
"It is logical that when you must be tough, you must be tough.

If you want an identity you need all players to go into your idea. Otherwise it is very difficult, if I want to give the identity to the club and ask the No. 10 to stay in his position and this No. 10 is around the pitch, it is very difficult to give this identity.

"The coach becomes crazy, this is true. The coach must be in total control of the dressing room. Otherwise there is anarchy. Yes, anarchy.

If this doesn't happen, you are preparing yourself for death. If you lose control, probably you will be sacked in one or two months. If you are lucky, three months." - Conte

........................

I believe Diego Costa have got mail to sign but then, it is yet to be seen how he receives it now that he is no longer within UK.

However, all mails destined for delivery outside the UK is transported to our satellite delivery offices across the globe. Maybe, the troubled forward could just pay a visit to our office in Rio De Janeiro, city where he is reportedly chilling out.

We were close to the equaliser but time wasn't a luxury to enjoy.

Great second half, but we could have done better.

I think we need that Alex Sandro. Alonso is quite a weak link in that backline.
