PoliticsRe: Abike Dabiri Dragged For Not Mentioning Name Of 'igbo Man' Elected London Mayor by Guestlander: 4:08pm On May 03, 2019
Abike Dabiri doesn't have to say anything about a British citizen elected to a position in the Uk.
If you hold a Nigerian passport please don't commit any crime in foreign lands because when she is pleading for clemency on your behalf she will have to mention your name.

By the way, if you value your name so much why soil your hands in stupid crimes in foreign countries?

People who kill harmless animals for no reason at all are basically taking their first steps into becoming a psychopathic killer.

Very superstitious, writing on the wall
Very superstitious, ladders bout' to fall
Thirteen month old baby, broke the lookin' glass
Seven years of bad luck, the good things in your past
When you believe in things that you don't understand
Then you suffer
Superstition ain't the way

If Nigeria should break up, we calculate the assets bought with oil money in Lagos and split it among the tribes that own oil. You cannot be grabbing lands everywhere. Yoruba arrived in Lagos just like every other tribe did.
Well, I like to know the historical precedence of this type of calculation you are proposing. As far as I know not an inch of land was bought with oil money anywhere in Nigeria.

Yoruba stops in the 5 southwest states of
Ogun
Ondo
Ekiti
Oyo
Osun

Lagos belongs to the whole Nigeria.

Quote me and get an e slap.
Lagos belongs to the whole of Nigeria just as Ado Ekiti and Awka belongs to the whole of Nigeria. If Nigeria should ever break up, your territory automatically reverts back to where it was before the British colonized Nigeria.

I hear you. Isn't this putting the cart before the horse? Development comes in stages.... yes... the end game is for us to be self sufficient... but this is like building a house and focusing on getting the roof done before the foundation. Let's say the contract is signed... factory built and wagons be rolling out.... to carry ore and whatever.... on what tracks will they all run? Are the present tracks the correct gauge for heavy traffic? Do we have tracks leading to and from the ports?...the mines?...the commercial centers? Do we have the infrastructure to accommodate these wagons?...or is it after the wagons are produced we will look at that?
There is no comprehensive plan.... each oga working in a vacuum. This is how I reason and the reason for my criticism. Is this criticism for the sake of criticism?...or constructive criticism? But then again... constructive criticism is not encouraged.
There were no highways in America when Ford started mass production of his model T automobile. The Wright Brothers did not wait for Airports to be built before building an airplane.
Being able to produce railway wagons over 100 years after trains first appeared in Nigeria cannot be considered as putting the cart before the horse.
If our leaders had been able to finish projects like Ajaokuta perhaps Nigerian engineers would have been building trains for some other countries today rather than we looking up to the Chinese to help us out.
Our own papa Awolowo sef did not wait for everyone to have access to electricity before building a TV station.

Something is wrong with those who think this a good move. We are the reason why we lack any significant progress because the FG ... whichever one is in power.... knows that we be like those fish that see the bait and never the hook...just swallow whatever looks good at first sight. How do such people see this report? They see railway. 64 coaches and that's enough to say we are moving forward...good development. What is bad about this contract?

The reason for the railway is to reduce road congestion caused by bandits. Really?...I guess this is thinking outside the box....brilliant!

You have a contract for X number of coaches to be delivered by X date and they are not. Now here you are going to the plant begging and pleading and declaring there is nothing you can do but wait until the contractor delivers.....although a substantial amount of money was paid. They are swallowing our money...but ...it is a good move...progress.

Why would Nigeria need a coach factory? .... but we also see this as a great development.
What we should be hearing is the cost of the entire project.... and if we could've got better for less from more established companies in the West.

I can just imagine how the Chinese are laughing at how stupid we can be.... a d we wonder why they treat us the way they do..... in our own country.
Why is the coach factory a bad idea? If you are going to be moving containers from the ports, if you are going to transport iron ore, coal or some other minerals from the mines to the factory, move petroleum products or some other heavy materials from point A to point B how do you think you can do it by rail?
If we can make the wagons in Nigeria why not do it? Ajaokuta is there just wasting away while millions are jobless and we still have to import things that could be produced in Nigeria.
We don't have to criticize everything just for criticism sake.

A parody of the arrogance of the colonial time explorers who came to "discover" mountains, rivers and different places Africans have known since the beginning of time.

The only issue with this girl is her need to always put her life on the internet. That is more injurious to her than her purported marriage to a grandpa.
