I'm from Benue State and I can confirm that this selfish man is against the law not because it's unlawful but because he has converted the river banks to his personal land and he's scared he will loose everything
This matter is not about Benue but the whole country, that's why Ohaneze and Afenifere are against it. River Benue is not the only water body in Benue state, this bill also covers the smallest stream in your backyard and even borehole water in your compound

Tinubu is a Muslim and he claims to be an activist, let him speak out. Peter Obi is a Christian who is not versed in Islamic jurisprudence, asking Obi to speak is mischievous.
Buhari is responsible for ensuring the sanctity of Nigeria constitution, he should be speaking about conflicting laws in Shagamu and Kano

Bro you lied. How old are you then? Now that all your lies had being busted you suddenly turned Asiwaju want appointment* its sure bet people like you will say something.

My problem with Asiwaju is his overly corrupt manner but to talk in term of who fought for democracy one way or the other he did his bit and I respect him for that.

Sorry if I digress a bit listing the names of those who fought for democracy in thid country Asiwaju is among and the SW champion the it and they earned my respect alot but only my own people from SE name did not surfaced but want presidency by force by fire trying to eat where we did not sowed.

I'm not Tinubu fan in any way but pls I can not hide the truth and be deceiving myself just because I dont like him.

So your statement is null and void.
Shatap, a lot of SE people were involved in the struggle for democracy then and they accepted One Nigeria after losing the war unlike Tinubu the pretender
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Interview In 1997: Setting The Records Straight - Ademola Oshodi by Guyman02: 7:53am On Aug 29, 2020
Tinubu wants to repackage himself the same way he repackaged a jihadist and ethnic bigot who served as Chairman of PTF in that same military era as Mr Integrity to Nigerians in 2015 for which those whom he deceived are suffering the consequences and forming Amotekun to save their lives from his failure.
Why didn't he go into self exile in his native village Iragbiji if he loved Nigeria cool

Why did the OP use picture of a luxury bus in an accident scene for this story showing the name of the bus operator?
The reality is that Kano state wants to develop a new urban area which can be achieved with the relocation of Southerners especially Igbos moving their businesses there.
On the Govt part they should be ready to make the new bus park area conducive in terms of accessibility and facilities.
I have to commend the Kano state for getting a Court injunction instead of using Hisbah police to forcefully eject the bus operators and creating a crisis

I'm from Gusau and I can confirm some of these activities. There's massive patrol in the local governments and I personally saw blindfolded suspects behind army trucks on my way to Kaura Namoda earlier this month apparently captured along Kaura-Shinkafi-Zurmi Axis. Please support our military and don't always associate them with lies. They are humans and have families like anyone.
The issue here is you will never see them prosecuted in court, either they are released or rehabilitated

A lot of police and military checkpoints in the South East have been deserted, it's like there is a serious build up of anger due to the Enugu Igbo youths killing, they are not worried about Covid19.
It's like some people are bent on taking revenge for the wanton killings

Politics › Re: How Security Agents Hunting For IPOB Killed Unarmed People In Enugu - PUNCH by Guyman02:
Eye witness account has confirmed that some of those killed were not really IPOB members, some were on their way to church, others are spectators watching martial arts training which we used to do way back, others came to the school for exercise but as long they are Igbos they are all a threat to national security.

It's like DSS and other security agencies are carrying out the Fulanization agenda of Buhari regime that Obasanjo warned Nigerians, killing unarmed youths praying, meeting and doing sports in their own communities is a crime against humanity that should not go unpunished.
There was even a retired soldier as eye witness who felt appalled by the massacre he saw. I wonder how he felt that moment after serving Nigeria as a soldier.

Governor Ugwuanyi should forget about that security meeting he is planning for next week, it will serve as an avenue for the security agents involved in this criminal act to feed him with more LIES, rather a high powered commission of enquiry should be set up to unravel the remote cause of this ugly incident or else these youths could be forced to arm themselves and engage the DSS and others who could not tackle Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram for many years

Politics › Re: Atyap Chiefs Brief El-Rufai On Peace Process In Southern Kaduna by Guyman02: 1:02pm On Aug 27, 2020
NaMeAboki:
It is important to note that those calling others settlers are themselves settlers and not the true indigenes of Southern Kaduna; by immigration many of them migrated from other parts of the country e.g. Taraba, Adamawa, Kano etc (some came in the morning some in the afternoon, so to speak).

Conversely, it is historically on record that Southern Kaduna was founded by Fulani tribe called KACHECHERE - let anyone who disagrees prove otherwise.

In fact most of the major towns in Southern Kaduna were founded by Hausa Fulani, eg: Zango, Kachia, Unguwan Rimi, Zankuwa, Kagarko, Jere and Jama’a (Kafanchan) resulting in the Hausa Fulani being the largest single tribe in Southern Kaduna.

It is unfortunate that outsiders, especially from the south along with their influential press have taken sides in the conflict (in favour of the Christian settlers) and therefore selling a completely different narrative based on their religious and ethnic prejudices against the mainly Muslim Hausa Fulani.

Contrary to the ongoing false narrative; it is the latter communities that were being displaced from their settlements; towns like Kafanchan etc have been taken over by the Christian settlers - even when the Muslims try to rebuild their burnt/demolished houses and shops, Christian youths are organised to destroy them as quickly as they are being put up.

Killings of Muslims by the Christian tribes have largely been ignored or under reported by the biased Christian dominated media; as opposed to when the latter are on the receiving end e.g.
1. Kasuwan Magani crisis of 1981
2. Gure-Kahugu crisis of 1984
3. Yarkasuwa crisis in 1986
4. Kafanchan crisis of 1987
5. Zangon Kataf crisis of 1992
6. Kafanchan Shiite crisis of 1996
7. Issuance of staff of office to the Emir of Jema’a Crisis in 1999
8. The Sharia Riots of 2000
9. Bajju-Ikulu crisis of 2001
10. The Kidache in Chawai Chiefdom violence of 2010; and
11. The 2011 Post-Election Violence which led to the killings of over 2,000 persons, many of them trans-human Fulani herdsmen that were unfortunately returning to neighbouring countries, and happened to be passing through Kaduna State.

This metamorphosed into subsequent skirmishes and recent conflicts such as the:
(a) alleged destruction of Kafanchan Praying Ground in 2013;
(b) alleged killing of an Okada rider in Kafanchan in 2013;
(c) conflict over Eid Praying Ground in Kachia 2014;
(d) attacks in Ninte (Godogodo) in 2016;
(e) Kafanchan Demonstration and subsequent attack on the Governor’s convoy, in 2016;
(f) attacks in Goska in 2016;
(g) attack of His Highness the Emir of Jama’a at Samaru Kataf, 2016;
(h) the Kasuwan Magani crises of 26th February, 2018, 18th October, 2018 in Kajuru Local Government Area which has continued to linger; and
(i) most recently in 2020, Zangon Kataf, Kauru, Kaura and Jema’a Local Government Areas which have continued to cause conflict and exacerbate the circle of attacks and counter attacks.

With regards to Mailafiya; he represent among those sabotaging peace and stoking the endless cycle of unrest with the aid of the already mentioned biased media by deliberately spreading falsehood to further incite his ppl and to curry sympathy and support from the greater Christian world.
Imagine; a man who sensationally told the world that he and his group (whatever group that is) have their own intelligence network, and that they sat with repentant Boko Haram fighters, not once, not even twice, and the repentant insurgents told them that a northern state governor is the commander of Boko Haram, and that even during the Covid-19 lockdown, airplanes were moving everywhere distributing arms to them in preparation for a civil war in 2022, but now he is telling us that he got his info from market traders in his village? Really?

''I got my information on Boko Haram from some traders in my village market when I went to buy fonio (acha).... I agreed to an online radio interview with people unknown to me from Lagos, but I did not know that they were recording it. I thought it was for a local FM radio in Lagos....''
~ Obadiah Mailafiya

There have been official reports where the likes of Mailafiya e.g. General Zamani Lekwot who were clearly indicted for inciting killings but have since gone scot free or in case of the latter, pardoned by the govt - how else then do you expect peace from the Hausa Fulani - who evidently seem to be more than capable of fighting back.

@TOPIC

This latest move for peace between the warring parties is a welcomed development and should be encouraged by the government and all peace loving individuals and organisations - including CAN, who seem to be part of the (inciting) problem.
There is no tribe in Nigeria called Hausa/Fulani, you people should stop subduing the Hausa majority by this fraudulent amalgamation. Have your own defined identity, except you want others to refer to themselves as Yoruba/Ijaw or Igbo/Idoma embarassed

What you have here is the historical version of victors bent on land grabbing using violence backed up by state apparatus.
The aim was to deal with the indigenous people and call for a 'peace' accord from a position of strength, the Fulani group follows Shinzu the Act of War while the natives are been turned into subdued yielding pacifists
