Hello Nairaland Sports Lovers!

I am more of a player supporter rather than a club supporter. I’ve got loved ones who are die-hard Chelsea fan, and I’ve tried so hard to like Chelsea. At least make I get one club wey I dey support. Chelsea is a good club but I really don’t find anything that attracts me to them. I really would like it if someone could give me reasons why Chelsea is much loved and talked about. What makes Chelsea unique, because me I don’t understand and really want to. Thank you�

OP, if you're fighting with someone to the point that you guys aren't talking, it's only logical that the person wouldn't want to make love to you. I mean, how exactly do you expect the person to just open her legs for you, look the other way while you have fun? She is not a prostitute, making love to her involves body contact and also emotions, and I don't see how someone who's pissed at you can possibly enjoy it. I think it's only logical to discuss the issue before doing it if it's that serious.

I know we normally use the expression "she's denying me sex" but that doesn't apply here. If you guys are in good terms and she wouldn't let you touch her, then she's denying you sex. But if you're fighting, you're simply fighting. That means you're not talking or doing other things you used to do together. Don't isolate sex and make a deal of it as if she was meant to keep doing that even when you guys aren't talking. If you're fighting with your spouse and she's not talking to you but the thing that matters to you is that she's not opening her legs, then there's a bigger issue in the marriage.

I know you're likely to be the breadwinner of the family but you're not commercializing affection. I am just saying you should address the main issue first and everything will follow. Just an opinion. Best of luck!

Can you remember if it was as a result of too much AC at home and at work?
Because I was having same issue for like 3years until a day I took someone to the hospital and the nurse on duty noticed my catarrh and then wrote something on a paper. Bought the drug and the rest is history.

Yeah... While eating i feel so uncomfortable as the Catarrh keeps coming out and I have to blow my nose after every meal.

There is a question that needs answers! First of all, Are you astmatic? If yes, the treatment of the astma will end the devilish catarrh.

Hi. I had a similar issue about 25yrs ago. Here is what I did and it disappeared.
1. Boil hot water and add a little salt. Use a clean small towel and soak it in the hot water and use it to clean ur ur forehead, base of ur nose and the inside of ur nose. Make sure the water is hot but don't use it to burn urself. Dab it on ur face twice in the morning, twice in the afternoon and twice in the evening.
2. Boil water and drink it hot in the morning, afternoon and evening. Each time of the day u need to take water, drink the hot water. Store it in a flask.
3. Avoid sleeping on the floor/mat to avoid cold.
4. Avoid sleeping on a dusty floor.
5. Avoid anything dust.
6. Don't expose ur body even when ur feeling hot.
7. Start learning how to bath hot water in the morning, afternoon and evening for now.
Just follow those steps and give it time. U will be okay. Cheers.

It is an allergy that I also have and it has lasted for more than 10 years. I have seen an ENT doctor and I was told it is called RHINITIS. What I use to mitigate it is a nasal spray called AVAMYN. Also, you need daily use of LORATYN. Spray Avamyn into each nostril every morning.

What triggers mine is a blast of cold air to my face/nose or the odour from dirty clothes. After using the medication after a few days, stop using it and only do so when ever you feel the discomfort again.

I had this and you won't believe what fixed it. No medicine did despite me trying many, many different things. But fixing my posture did. I used to slouch a lot when standing and I guess this affected the way I breathe. And subconsciously, I used to breathe through my mouth at times because of this, giving me chronic catarrh. How I fixed it? In addition to learning to stand upright at all times, I had to build my lung capacity again (as it was severely underused). So I started going for runs, making sure that I would keep my mouth closed and only breathe through my nose. The first few times it didn't take me running a few meters for catarrh to start developing, and for me to run out of breath. But I kept at it and also always took a handkerchief with me while running. Immediately I felt catarrh welling up in my nose, I'd blow my nose completely and keep going (instead of subconsciously breathing with my mouth like I always did).


Also, look up diaphragmatic breathing. That's the "proper" way to breathe. It could help too, as it definitely helped me.


I don't know if you have the same problem as I did but I thought this was worth sharing.

This Catarrh has lasted for almost 9yrs now. I've taken different medications but it's still persisting.

I have also done some laboratory test and taken prescribed medication, but no permanent solution.

Please help what else should or can I do to put an end to this menace.
