Asin ehh...this is crazy. I wonder who comes up with all these agendas. I mean who goes to the source of his problems for help

EzzyCarter:
Call me paranoid I dont care , truth is there is more to this than we know. Why is the Nigerian government so bent in bringing these Chinese guys to Nigeria. There's actually a grand scheme behind the scenes. What our government is doing is like having the Jews run to Hitler to save them from the Holocaust. How can you run to the originator of ur problems for help? Who the hell does that? sad
One thing I know for sure, those who have evil plans for Nigerians will surely fall into into their own pit. Their own evil will befall them!

I still don't understand why the government is outrightly going ahead with this idea of Chinese doctors helping us out. I have never seen a frustrating government like ours.

I mean why is it so difficult for them to listen to the masses for once?!

The doctors in Nigeria are against this move by the government even NUJ spoke against this yet they remain absolute.

Nigeria is a lawless country. It is shame that our listen have always paid deaf ears to our plight.

God help us all.

Please don't get me wrong. It's an open question I deduced from your comment. I know you didn't mention that.

Auntie, I didn’t mention that in my comment. Where you see am?
Romance / Re: Ladies: Before you feel the butterflies. by Gvnl(f): 10:36am On Apr 04, 2020
A man should not go back to his woman if she cheats but a woman can do go back to her man if he cheats?

I still don't understand why men are always given this preference.

AfroKnight:
grin Women and their inconstancy.

The poster above (no offence) has shown you guys that the average woman wouldn’t just love you because you are kind to her, especially after she has formed her opinion on you. She either wants you or not. Simple.

That is why I believe a guy should cut his loses and move on when his woman cheats. You cannot and should not win such a woman back. It is dangerous to the man. Her heart is elsewhere and apparently nothing you do would change that. Perhaps maturity on her part would do. But would you wait till she’s 45 or 50 for her to realise that you are the best thing that happened to her? No.

Toks is coming from a logical point of view, trying to address the common issue of unrequited love, that has led men into suffering for a woman who would leave eventually. But this does not work. They love whom they love and mostly for illogical or unknowable reasons. It is often tied to the first impression they get when they meet the guy.

Only mature women and the very rare young woman can do what you’re asking Toks.

Thank you for enlightening me. This is not good for America. God help us.

otipoju:

1.People in USA dont joke with food.
They eat out like 60 per cent of the time. So it's hard to tell them to stay indoors and cook.Especially the younger generation.

2. Stores need to be open so people can get supplies, after all you can't eat money.

3. A US person may prefer to shoot you than for him to loose his freedom of movement when he has committed no crime. So it's hard

4. You will be alarmed at the number of them who do not know what is going on in the world. Some people dont know Italy or Spain exists not to talk of where it is on the map.

5. Greed or survival...businesses dont joke with money, they will brave all odds. Even during devastating hurricanes and floods that they can see, some Americans will refuse to leave their homes and move to safety and shelter, not to talk of one virus that they can't see.

7.A lot of these guys dont fear death the way the average Nigerian does. They will still go about their life.

It's an interesting country. I'm glad I came to see things for myself.
Politics / Re: Lockdown: Oyo Might Go Czech Republic Way - Seyi Makinde by Gvnl(f): 11:00am On Apr 03, 2020
If this is true then perhaps this could be the reason why the US are still battling with this virus and record massive deaths daily. From what I heard, China was enable to control this virus because they enforced a total lockdown.

otipoju:
Time shall tell with this thing.

Stores are open in many parts of USA.
A lot of private businesses are open

Kroger, Walmart, Home depot, UPS, Carribean Kitchen,
I have been to all in the last one week. People are going about their normal lives.

But me self dey stubborn sha, but I dey carry hand sanitizer for pocket dey wash hand every two minutes if I go out.

I don't think it's safe to have this kind of 'freedom.' irrespective of who you are, there are Always people out there who look up to you and consciously follow your footsteps because they see you as their role models. This type of freedom I can assure you is capable of ruining lives(particularly young minds)

Crime / Re: Esther Isama Runs Prostitution Ring In Rivers State, Busted By Police by Gvnl(f): 5:07pm On Nov 24, 2019
Most women do this to their daughters in desperation for money. When a person is not ready to do a legitimate job, hustle just like others are doing, they make themselves available to the devil to use.

Even with the money she derives from this depraved business, I'm sure she still lives in misery and penury. I'm sure many of such activities are ongoing in so many cities in Nigeria. One day will be their turn.

I'm sure the woman in question did not expect the same girls she was holding down with her juju to expose her. Everything that has a beginning sure do have an end.

tuoyoojo:
Some women are very wicked. How can u do this to a fellow girl. If someone did that her daughter, would see like it

It is even the men brought in to sleep with underaged girls. How can u sustain an erection with an underaged girl. Na wa o

I am still wondering the best punishment to given to her

This is the most crazy and stupid excuse I've heard this month. He got back from a vigil, gulped down perhaps one bottle of ogogoro, didn't stop there...he went as far as defiling a two year old! Some people are just not worth being among sane humans. I wonder why most fathers give away their self-respect to satisfy their lustful urge. Thought of this whole thing baffles me. God help us.

Let me start by saying "hmmmmmmm!"

I had already predicted that this Kate of a girl will bring nothing but trouble for Abdul and Susan. Abdul is a hard man and will definitely survive with Susan (since he's already in love). As for Kate, she should be handed over to the police because she is nothing but wahala as the Macho man rightly said.

Na Andrew wey I no know wetin to too again shocked
The suspense here is on the high. I pray he comes out victoriously.

Thank you for the Update Tooher.

I feel for Andrew sha. Being among Giants especially the ones that are carnivorous in nature is dreadful. I pray he wins the fight. In fact he will win! : smiley

Susan on the other hand is stucked with an injured Abdul. God help them as they are about to face an unexpected combat.

The twist in Abdul's life is somewhat funny. He first captured Susan and her husband, now his sole purpose in life is to protect his captive (Susan) and his unborn child.

Considering that this is the first time he has the hope of becoming a father.

Na this people wey dey after this Kate of a girl wey I no understand.. e don con increase Abdul and Susan wahala.

It's a beautiful story but I find it difficult to read about other characters in it. I literally see myself searching for Tinu and Chris while I read the story.

Although, initially I was hoping Tinu and her children's father would come back together but it appears they both are doing well with their new partners.

My favorite scene has always been Chris and Tinu's moment.
