On a serious note the Rivers State government need to wake up and strengthen law enforcement agencies so that they do their job. Plus the government's role in taming this manace in portharcourt cannot be compared to that of self-consciousness, self-discipline and public awareness(especially on the current killings). Ladies who must do their business must be on the alert(vigilant) and avoid meeting customers in secretive places. 3 Likes 1 Share |
