By law, there's absolutely nothing illegal in giving away a family member in adoption for any cause, being it for citizen purpose or for better life; so, i don't see any reason for these cautioning or threats on whoever feels like exercising his or her rights to allow someone adopt his or her family member as long as the legal procedures are fulfilled.

I have answered your post in so many thread, Apartment/flat is expensive depending on where you wanna stay and what you looking for. I pay R3,000 for a one and half bed room flat, I live in the city center of durban.

Don't be deceive, you are issued 3months visa but you are expected to stay 1 month. If you stay long more than that, you become illegal. So your best option is to quickly apply for a permit.

That is very wrong, you can be issued a work permit only if you applied for it, I have a study and work permit, even now am planning to apply for a business permit because I have families in Nigeria which i wanna bring in.

Its not like as if there is no job in SA, but they don't want to give jobs to a Nigerian due to the bad image we have in the country. Other african counties get jobs easily.

I have an intention of bring in my younger ones who are still under age to study and live in the country where am located. I thought about the easiest and comfortable way which is via Adoption.

I check with the home affairs and found out that one of the requirement is to apply for the adoption order at a children’s court situated in the district where the child who is to be adopted lives.

Please does anybody know any children court in Lagos? Your response are highly appreciated.
